Tom Sizemore claims he's not guilty

Actor Tom Sizemore has plead not guilty to five felonies and one misdemeanor after police say he was arrested while high on crystal meth earlier this month, reported TMZ.com. Tom Sizemore - © Glenn Harris / Photorazzi

Tom Sizemore - © Glenn Harris / PhotorazziThe event happened in a courtroom in Bakersfield, Calif., where Sizemore told the judge he "was not guilty of one count of transportation and possession of methamphetamines, and three counts of possession of prescription drugs without the proper prescription," reported TMZ.Sizemore must return to trial on June 18. TMZ reports that Sizemore was arrested on May 8, after Bakersfield Police say the actor had been caught using crystal meth outside of the Four Points Sheraton Hotel.
