HmmmmMay 23rd, 2007 - 21:15:37

What I wonder is why does he care. It doesn't affect him except by all the money he will make by people going to see his movie. He is indepently wealthy
and healthcare will not be a problem for him. If he really wants to help
he can use his wealth to help the uninsured (not by making a doc. about it). The healthcare system has been an issue for years and he is just now noticing this? When it costs more to have a child in the hospital with insurance than it does to have it home without then there is something wrong. This is a DUH! issue. He is about 10 years behind.

your argument is crap. There are many rich people and filmmakers but the onus is not on them to fix our healthcare, it is on the government-

but alas, Lou Dobbs IS right! our leaders have sold us all out to corporations-big business, hospitals, insurers and the drug makers who would rather we all be in debt, and overpay for healthcare. Oh, and don;t forget the fast food titas who could care less all the kids today have giant asses and gut rolls.

This is brave of Moore to show, instead of giving us another crappy sequel to Pirates or godawful Shrek drek.

THINK!

On what groubds am I beung accused of being a USA hater ?Are 70 precent of americans USA haters because they disagree with Bush and his ill concieved invasion of Iraq .Neiher am I.
I just hope enough americans will one day enjoy a good medicare system,a decent health care system, excellent education ?The argument that we have to shut up because your forefathers helped us fight the Nazi's is so boring .Did that liberation umply that we had to had to forfeit all opinions if one disagrees with neocon idiots ?I'd like the person who wrote that to clarify .I simply dont understand .Is he speaking in the name of the GI's that fought in Europe in WW2,I dont think so.
It's plain boring to have to answer these silly claims all the time .They constituye no arguments agains Michael Moore ,they rather demonstrate that some posters lack better arguments .

Hey Tonny
Isn't a business supposed to try to get maximum profits?
The open border is the problem people. Haven't you been listening? How can a business survive when they are by law, suppose to take customers (yes mexicans)they have to pay for and then pass on the cost to us who pay for insurance. That's why the system isn't working. It's not because it's bad or unfair it's just being undermined. It's so simple to understand. Implement the laws that are on the books already and things will get better.
Mike.

If Michael Moore is so stoked on the health care in Canada and overseas, maybe he could move to either of these countries ditch his health care and use theirs!
He won't do it. He is such a fat slob of a hipocrite.

Hmmm againMay 24th, 2007 - 14:43:27

My point was, why does he even care about this issue. It in no way affects
him and his healthcare. I wasn't even saying it is up to the rich. My point was that I have known the healthcare system is screwed up for years. Those who are just now seeing it have been blind. I blame the government for not regulating cost of healthcare and insurance company rates. All he is doing is profiting again off the troubles of others. I don't like him in the least. I do agree with what he is saying just not how he goes about telling people.

It is ok to critize the USA, not when we saved your ass from Hitler...Amazing the power of the media to influence people with backyard news, I guess when you think Global Warming is the weather out your back door I shouldn't be surprised. If the Global war on terror is a bumper sticker, Is Global Warming a Bumper sticker...Just ask the street people, You want fast medical care call 911, No insurance is the best in the USA. Of course you wouldn't know, all you know is what PMSNBC tells you.
