Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe's civil un-union

Ryan Phillippe and Reese Witherspoon are quietly dissolving their union, and the proceedings by Hollywood standards are quite civil.
TMZ.com got hold of court documents filed this week in Los Angeles County Superior Court.
Phillippe is not asking for spousal or child support. All he wants is joint custody of their two children, reports TMZ.
Witherspoon filed divorce papers last November, citing irreconcilable difference. She asked for joint custody, and also asked the judge to block any attempt on Phillippe's part to get spousal support.
Reese reportedly wants "exclusive use of the family residence."
TMZ reported there was no pre-nup, which means their assets acquired during the marriage will be divided 50-50 under California state law.
