Amy Winehouse has denied claims she is getting married in the US this weekend.

The 'Rehab' singer sparked rumours she was planning to tie the knot after flying to Miami with fiancé Blake Fielder-Civil and a group of six friends for a suspected secret ceremony.

Amy has laughed off the reports, insisting she and Blake are heading to the sun-drenched city for nothing more than a relaxing holiday.

She said: "No, it's not true. We're just chilling out, having a good time. We only just got engaged."

Blake - who works as a runner on music videos - popped the question to Amy at the couple's North London flat following an alcohol-fuelled night out last month.

The 23-year-old star - who rekindled her romance with former love Blake in April shortly after ending her relationship with chef Alex Jones-Donelly - recently revealed she kept her anxious lover waiting 24 hours before saying 'yes'.

She said: "He proposed at home and I took a day to finally agree. Obviously we are both young and it is frightening. But it is the right thing to do. That is why I agreed.

"I'm a very lucky girl to have found someone I love so much. I hope to be with him for the rest of my life."

Amy,
If you are happy and he is the one who makes you happy... Then congrats. I hope he knows your worth and hope that he will love and respect you. Getting married doesn't solve problems that you might have had in the past. Happiness comes from within.. I hope you are happy...
