The Miami Herald reported that Yuleika De Castro told police that Morgan "smelled of alcohol" as he touched her shoulders and arms, kissed the back of her head, Miramar, Florida Police Department spokesman Bill Robertson said.
De Castro said she pushed him away and he was escorted out of the studio by the people he came with, Robertson said.
"He said he wants to impregnate me," De Castro told the AP.
Morgan currently stars on the NBC sitcom "30 Rock" with Tina Fey, Alec Baldwin and Jane Krakowski. Morgan's attorney in Miami, Mark Shapiro, told authorities that his client was not yet prepared to speak to them, Robertson said.
The Herald and AP sources claim Morgan's Friday and Saturday night gigs at the Improv Comedy Club in Coconut Grove were canceled, according to Isis Darios, who works in the box office. No reasons were given.
Once the police report is complete, the Broward County State Attorney's Office will determine whether to file charges, Robertson said.
Morgan had previously plead guilty in February to a misdemeanor drunken driving charge in New York.
He also had plead no contest to a misdemeanor impaired driving charge in Los Angeles and was sentenced to 36 months' probation, fined $390 and ordered to attend an alcohol education program, according to AP sources.
