05/24/2006 - Cat Deeley - American Idol Season 5 Grand Finale - Arrivals - Kodak Theater - Hollywood, CA © Glenn Harris / PhotorazziThe 'American Idol' co-presenter admitted she wouldn't rule out going under the surgeon's knife now she is living in the US. Cat told In Style magazine: "There's no stigma attached to cosmetic surgery in Los Angeles. I'm OK at the moment. If something was making me unhappy I might, but I don't know what it would be." The 30-year-old beauty is adamant she will never feel under pressure to correct her nose. She said: "You know what? My nose is crooked. I've been on TV for 10 years in England and no one has mentioned it, but in Los Angeles everyone notices. "But if people are concentrating on your nose, they should be doing something else."Cat, who split from boyfriend Mark Whelan last year, worked as a model before finding fame as a TV presenter. I would loose all respect for Cat should she decide to do any altering...her natural beauty and radiating confidence more than make up for any physical flaws...btw, she's gorgeous!

Ha. Why lose all respect for her if she decides to get some work done? It doesn't change who she is. I support her freedom to choose how to live her life.
