Once upon a time, there was a rocker's wife named Shanna Moakler, an ex beauty queen. Her rocker hubbie, Travis Barker, "canoodled" publicly with the likes of Paris Hilton and some unconfirmed reports say Lindsay Lohan too.

Then a funny thing happened. Shanna and Travis started a flame war with each other on MySpace, where Shanna essentially outed Paris Hilton's herpes affliction, which was later confirmed by a couple of sleazy entrepreneurs who bought Hilton's abandoned public storage locker, and published and revealed to the world her Valtrex prescription scripts.
Anyhoo, in the meantime, Lindsay Lohan had a brief but intense dalliance with restaurateur Harry Morton, which came to a quick close. Shanna and Travis rekindled their romance, and Paris is now packing her Louis Vuitton's for County.
Confused? It gets more delicious. MySpace, the virtual smearground where today's celebrities post and flame each other, has had a mysterious "Jane Doe" posting as Harry Morton, in alleged retaliation for Shanna Moakler posting up Paris’s and Lohan's email addresses on her blog, referring to them as ‘fungus’.
In a return volley of retaliation, someone posing as Morton, Lindsay’s ex, posted a naked picture of Shanna on the phony Morton MySpace blog, claiming she had AIDS.
The photo and access to this page has been taken down since.
Now, Morton is fighting back legally. Harry Morton has just started a legal war with the mystery person who, posing as Harry, posted the defamatory photos, but the problem is, he still doesn't exactly know who he's suing according to TMZ.com.
In a lawsuit filed Thursday in Los Angeles County Superior court, Morton is suing an unknown cyber-troublemaker he calls "Jane Doe."
In the suit, Morton claims "Doe" posted nude photographs of one of his friends and a false statement that the friend had AIDS. Morton alleges that the fake page was created to give the impression he made it himself, according to TMZ.
Morton claims he suffered "emotional distress," was forced to "rehabilitate his reputation" and "lost business" due to the MySpace mess. TMZ reports Morton claims that he is working with the MySpace.com programmers to identify the mysterious perpetrator.
