Audible sighs. Britney Takes The Stage! San Diego gets a House of Blues filled sneak peek at the once reigning queen of pop music.
You want to root for the underdog, and it only seems fitting the queen of teen preen and belly baring cheerleader moves should have a second chance.
But she is a 25 year old mom of two babies in diapers, who had a very public meltdown and still acts erratically. She perpetually seems in danger of marrying another dubious character. Unflattering pictures and exposed puss shots dot the internets - and we hear that stuff sticks around forever - like an arrest record.

Please tell me that Dee Dee Dee is just a joke? It sounds like Britney is trying for the trampiest-looking person (won't even give her the name - 'entertainer)on stage! It also seems like she still needs some major help, and probably shouldn't be allowed out on her own.

She is just asking for all the negative publicity by the way she acts. Don't fool yourself - she LOVES the publicity! She just seems SO very immature - really sad.

she is living proof, when you have no real talent, for writing songs, or performing them live.it is time to give it a rest. we should focus on all the young women in the music industry, who write their own songs,and perform them without lipsyching, and without resorting to a cheap striptease act. she had and still doesnt have any talent. but for those people who buy her act, there is a sucker born every minute.she is just an attention junkie.
I can't believe the people who were interviewed who stood in line to see her so-called show. One person had paid $300 for a ticket! Are these people completely brainless? And what did they get for it - a poptart lipsyncing and gyrating around the stage?
Give the girl a freaking break. Every move she makes is in the public eye. How would you look if everything you did ended up on the cover of the Enquirer? I bet you'd all look just as stupid. Britney thought she was in love, got married and had a baby like she wanted, but then she got pregnant again immediately which was a total accident, right when she was working on a new album (the same one she is doing now that has been so overly-postponed because of Federline's supersemen) and then she hit a depression. Her marriage failed and she gained weight, all with the magazines watching. Her ex-boyfriend is making millions on what--angry songs about how he is 'over' her. If he is 'just so sick about it' according to his lyrics why can't he shut up? Because he is barnacling off her publicity. That's why that song is so popular. Just let Britney make her comeback and support her or do not say anything at all. It's people like you who drove her to depression. Do you really have nothing to do but sit and trash talk her? Why don't you go enlist in the war and do something of nobility. Either that, or have someone follow you around with a camera all day and see how hot you end up looking. Freak.
Isn't she the one out there making a fool of herself - no one is forcing her. Like someone said - she loves the publicity, so don't be fooled! She is probably laughing all the way to the bank you morons! She acts more like a teenybopper who doesn't want to grow up. If people want to throw their money away to support her crazy life, let them.

Britney Spears played the Sunset Strip House of Blues last night, the final stop of a comeback trifecta in which Southern Californian fans were given the opportunity to pay $125 for 12 electrifying minutes of high-impact strippercising set to a handful of oldies, flawlessly lipsynched except where the chewing of gum necessitated dropping the occasional lyric. But even the most diehard of Britheads, traveling by caravan from show to show and obsessively comparing set-list notes in parking lots ('She opened with 'One More Time' into 'Slave' in Anaheim too? Whoa.') were in for a few surprises:
'she forsook the long dark wig she'd been sporting at the other two shows in exchange for a short, bobbed black one. Her costume -- made up of a mini skirt, pink bikini top and white furry jacket -- remained the same, though her fishnet stockings were showing some wear and tear, with some reportedly 'large' holes on her backside!'
