Nicolas Cage is buying a £4 million mansion in the UK.
The 'Con Air' actor is reportedly close to completing the purchase of a historic five-storey Georgian townhouse in Bath.
The six-bedroom property, which was built in 1754 and was once home to the Earl of Chatham, is situated on the city's exclusive curved millionaires' row known as The Circus.
One neighbour said: "We're told he has bought it but don't know if the sale has gone through yet."
Estate agent Knight Frank confirmed that a prospective buyer had put in an offer, but would not give any further details.
Cage, 43, already owns a German castle, an island in the Bahamas and properties in Los Angeles.
The 'Ghost Rider' star is not the only Hollywood actor to fall for the charms of the Gloucestershire city.
Johnny Depp and his long-term partner Vanessa Paradis recently paid £500,000 for a Bath farmhouse.
Depp and Paradis moved from France to their new English residence with their children, five-year-old John Jack and Lily-Rose, seven.
The couple are said to have fallen in love with the area while Depp was filming the movie 'Chocolat' in 2000.

Depp and Paradis rumour isn't that an old rumour that was proved to be false. I'm amazed the UK has any property left with all the reported buying Depp and Paradis have been buying lately.
