Daniel Baldwin - © Scott Alan / PhotorazziOrange County D.A. spokesperson Farrah Emami told TMZ:"After following up on statements provided to us by witnesses and the victim, we have determined that the evidence didn't support us going forward with the case and all charges have been dropped."Baldwin was arrested in a Santa Monica hotel on November 28, after the GMC Yukon he was driving was reported stolen down in Orange County.Recently Daniel Baldwin played the Mob Boss "Sally Boy," in "Cleaver" - the fictional film cooked up by Mobster Chris Moltisanti on "The Sopranos."
