I was hoping Larry would give his little girl a fresh start with a completely new name...not one that will always reference her birth with the death of her half brother!

How about Anna Lynne Marshall Birkhead or Lynne Nicole Marshall Birkhead?

I'm glad he did not change her first name as that would dishonor her mother since she chose it. I am also grateful he did not choose Hogan as Anna refused to go by that name. I wish he would have dropped the Marshall though.

Let's hope Larry keeps that baby away from her SICK grandmother, her mother said that she would never touch here child. I hope Larry remenbers this!

I am just glad that Howard K.Stern did not get the child! At least now Danielynne will have a good, decent upbringing with Larry as her dad!

Media please let this baby girl grow up in peace. She has had more than her share of publicity. I'm glad her paternity is solved so now let the rest of us
go a few years without hearing about this. It is no longer a major news story.

Sorry - you aren't getting your wish - now we have to hear constantly about the movie of Anna's life that is being made. Why do we want to see that, we've already been privy to it first hand????

Regardless of how Dannielynne got here, she deserves to have her parent raise her. She was in more peril in Anna Nicole's care than she will ever be in the care of Larry Birkhead..remember the clown video? Remember the Christmas video? Anna for as much as many loved her, had a sincere and devastating addiction to drugs BEFORE her son, Daniel, died.
She was an addict and died an addict's death. Howard Stern was an enabler and therefore contributed to her death. He joked about her drug use on the clown video and she was pregnant at the time!
I hope now that the dust settles, the baby will be brought up well, and fyi Larry Birkhead is her natural parent and has every right to raise his child. He tried to get custody of the baby prior to Anna's death, and they ran to the Bahamas to keep him from getting custody. Yes there might be money but regardless he is her father and any court will generally give custody to the natural father. Howard in my opinion committed fraud by claiming to be the baby's father, knowing full well he was not. Do the math!
Larry was with her until she was 5 months pregnant and he tried to get her help over the years and could not deal with her anymore.
The baby deserves to have some peace and grow up out of the limelight as much as possible.
