Mischa Barton's doggy love

Mischa Barton's dog is her boyfriend.
The former 'O.C.' actress is currently single, but isn't worried about finding a new guy because her beloved pet pooch Charlie is the main 'man' in her life.
She said in an interview with You magazine: "My dog is always my boyfriend. Charlie is the best - I got him when I broke up with Brandon Davis. He will always be my number one man and he knows that. The dogs are a huge part of my downtime. Actually, it's shocking how much you can become absorbed by them."
Mischa isn't the only celebrity gushing about her mutts.
Christina Aguilera recently admitted her three dogs are like her children.
The 'Ain't No Other Man' singer said she and her music executive husband Jordan Bratman treat their dogs like their babies.
She revealed: "One day we want to have kids and start a family but I'm very focused on my career right now. Besides, we have three dogs so we already have a mini-family to take care of."
