Danny Bonaduce's wife files for divorce

Danny Bonaduce's wife has filed for divorce from the former "Partridge Family" child star after more than 16 years of marriage, reports CNN.
The two stars of the reality trainwreck show "Breaking Bonaduce" are no more. Gretchen filed papers Tuesday in Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences. She is seeking custody of their 6-year-old son and 12-year-old daughter, according to the court documents.
Bonaduce announced the news on KLSX-FM's "The Adam Carolla Show," the syndicated radio show where he works weekday mornings.
"I really don't want a divorce," he told Carolla. "I love her."
"It's been months of 'You know, I think we'd be happier apart. I'm not happy, Danny.' But thing is, she has been friendly, and helpful," Bonaduce said.

I've seen Danny Bonaduce on a few talk shows. He's sarcastic, irritating, is definitely not father material, and to top it off is nothing to look at. I feel for his children and pray for his ex-wife-to-be. I hope he leave her alone and lets her get on with her life.
I can't feel sorry for Gretchen. She knew what she got herself into and partied and did drugs with him in the begining. Then knowing all his problems, she some how thought having kids with him would be a smart idea. Really? They say you teach people how to treat you, so for 14 years Gretchen thru her actions said it was ok for him to behave the way he did. Then suddenly it's not. Well nobody can changes as quickly or as easily as she expected Danny to. I enjoy him on the radio and listen to him every day.
Danny Bonaduce has been on KLSX 97.1FM for months now and guess who else is on the air at the same station in the afternoon Mr. Thomas Joseph Leykis AKA 'the professor'. Here is what I think went down.
Mr. Bonoduce is a known over indulger, he got a copy of Leykis 101 and took it to hart and started to practice what Mr. Leykis preaches.
Mr. Bonoduce fires up his myspace.com page and faster than you can say alimony his has more women throwing themselves at him than could fill a Jack Daniel's wearhouse.
Now being a man and thinking like Mr. Tom Leykis he now has to lubricate his zipper with 10-40 oil he's soooo busy. The only problem here is he forgot he was married to Gretchen.
Now, Gretchen has to deal with the kids and Mr. Bonoduce coming home smelling of other women.
What's a woman to do? D-I-V-O-R-C-E.
The only funny thing is now that the drunk is sober and working - can you say cha... ching.....
Tammy the truth about the low-life Danny Bonaduce is; he is the guy snakes see when they get drunk.
What a lousy father, what is he doing to his own kids. Gretchen is right take the money and run, run as far away as you can from this hartless low life.
Well I guess we all need to pray for Danny and his family. they are going through a rough time right now. I've went through divorce and heartbreak and no matter who's at fault, either or or both, It's painful for the whole familly. I hope and pray the whole family will be able to heal in time. Remember this too shall pass!

I don't know how Gretchen lasted 16 years with that alcoholic train wreck. I used to watch the 'Partridge Family' and didn't like him then. I still wonder what the heck she saw in that loser. I hope she can move on and he can go back to rehab.
