In all the lawsuits which will rightfully be filed by family members of ANS and her son, the only hope for HK$ to avoid being found not liable, since all the drugs she took during the past 6 months were prescribed by Dr. Eroshovich to Howard, and not ANS, (According to Dr. Perper this week on TV), he has to have witnesses willing to testify for him that she (ANS) somehow manipulated and held him hostage, forcing him and the Dr. to prescribe these drugs for her in his name. Nyet! Don't think anyone is going to risk the chance of being charged as a possible co-conspirator or worse. His goose, is basically cooked.
The truely openness of the 'wrongful death' suits by ANS and Daniel's family members will also do discovery on all the 'financial and legal documents' filed by HK$ and of course, her 'Counsel?', Ron Rale. Ron, was so helpful in representing his client, ANS, that according to the Horrey County, SC Sheriff's dept. Ron showed up on a Friday trying to lay claim to her computer 'on behalf of Howard K. Stern', who was not his client, on the very day that the Seminole Police stated they wanted to review the contents of the computer. Unfortunately for Howard and Ron (remember Ron is Anna'as client, not HK$), the computer was already in the hands of the Seminole Police Dept. If your client dies and a Police Dept is investigating your client's death, why would you appear on behalf of someone NOT your client, who is under possible 'person of interest status' and try and get the computer before the police have a chance to look at it? Whose interest was Ron Rale trying to represent? His client, ANS - doesn't look like it? Howard K. Stern, his friend - looks more like it? Conflict of interest - very possibly. Lawsuits going forward by ANS family members will definitely point to Ron Rales' seemingly unethical conduct as related to his client in this regard, at least!

Sometimes when a person does not even love themselves enough to stop doing harm to themselves they have simply given up on life.In Howard's defense if he had been head over heels in love with her and it seems like the kind of person she was that if he had told her no more drugs and tried to detox her she would have pushed him out of her life also. So he held on through all the drugs and all of the bi polar reactions she had. I feel sorry for Howard he is kind of like a parent of a drug addict...I highly doubt he is the father but i really doubt he meant to cause any harm to any of them his only mistake was being a pushover all this time..
Just remember HKStern has hired a PR firm to have people check out websites and write positive things about him!!! Just remember that when you read 'good stuff'. Strange how such things are popping up everywhere now. He's still trying to refuse DNA in the court etc., etc.,etc.
Oh, remember his former law partner 'represents' Anna Nicole...he'll be getting part of the millions if they can hang on to the 'baby'.
I bet none of these 'lawyers' would want their babies held in a with nannies!
HKS wasn't much of a lawyer, he had one client (ANS) and didn't even get her to update her will upo the death or her son and the birth of her child.
Maybe he spent too much time running to the pharmacy to get her presriptions filled.

i think mr. sterns is a cold blooded killer. anna died of an overdose, much like her son, provided by mr. sterns. yes, she should have been responsible for her own actions, but, when you have a whirlwind of media, tabloids, etc. drilling into your life, you need an escape. in this case, mr. sterns can go out shopping for a fancy boat while he just provided the the perfect scene for murder and based on his faulty thinking that he would cash in on anna's cash. now, he thinks he is dad. all you ignorant commenters will see it in the end. unless this becomes an oj 'loser' case. just back off and get some common sense.
As the former assistant to a very high profile actor, i can honestly say that HKS got sucked in deeper than he ever imagined, with no way to pull himself out. In his case, it was easier to stay than leave. Celebrities are notoriously paranoid of everyone, the whole world. They trust NO ONE, except a very close circle of friends, assistants, and advisors. A 'normal' person can only take this kind of life for say, 5 years, then they're out. HKS obviously was not a 'normal' person, in that he was also acting as her attorney. When you get in deep with these celebrities, it's very hard to pull away. The guy got sucked in and the ball was rolling real fast.
So, now that Anna and Daniel are resting in peace, the guy might be thinking it's a relief. At least he now knows neither can get their hands on drugs and do bad things to themselves. Let's all give him the benefit of the doubt. Afterall, none of you people have ever been in his shoes like I have. His biggest problem was he mixed business with pleasure. Look where it got him.
HKS is the worst kind of slick sleaze there is. He had $$ in both eyes and saw a floundering blonde who he convinced she could be just like Marilyn Monroe. HKS saw ANS as a money making machine for him to earn a living off of. He claimed to be a lawyer (UCLA), but never practiced law and had no clients before ANS. He provided the drugs which killed her. He was with her when she died and did nothing to prevent it, even if it meant going to drug rehab or the emergency room kicking and screaming. HKS advised her to move to Bahamas to avoid the tax laws and other restrictive laws in the U.S. ANS money would be sheltered in the Bahamas. HKS is GUILTY of NEGLIGENT HOMICIDE!
The pregnancy was an insurance policy to the inheritance from her marriage to Marshall to ANS estate and makes one wonder even more about his intentions. His so-called marriage of convenience is also highly suspect.
I think Howard should have done more. If he really loves Anna, he should have done everything to keep her away from what is bad for her. He can't save Anna now. Now he is trying to save himself.
I find him disgusting. if you truly love someone for who they are..you offer you love and support not drugs EVER. I pray the baby is taken away fom this monster..i just pray for her.hopefully the courts see what happened to Daniel and Anna as a warning of 2 early deaths..and Howard was there for both. Horrible

I think Howard Stern is a coward and lived off of Anna, He should be charged with MURDER and investigated just like her doctor. in his eyes he did now wrong but he gave her drugs, he didn't stop because she would have gotten mad and threw him out of her life. If Anna would have gave him the boot she would still be alive today.
Look, it's so obvious Howard is the bad guy here - How can you people defend him! I too, watched her reality show and there is no way she had sex with him! As for Larry and Vergie, they BOTH wanted her off drugs ~ that is why they were out of the picture. It is appauling how he taped her with that clown face and joked about a 'mushroom trip!' Not to mention giving her drugs in the hospital, having 8 prescriptions in his name, etc. etc. He allienated everyone from her life, does that tell you something? CONTROL! He had ONE client, Anna Nichole, she was his gravy train and it's derailing so he's pulling every trick in the book. Who's suffering? A beautiful baby that is being kept from her real father and grandmother. This is ridiculous!!!

And I doubt ma and pa is supporting all of them, it was even reported he is getting mega $$$ from ET paid through a third party! Poor Larry! He is the one with integrity. He refused to make a deal with Howard. Now even if the DNA comes out that he's the father, Howard will fight for the baby and you know our justice system, he could win custody! Of course he is delaying the results so he can say the baby has bonded with him. His sis is there to provide a mommy figure for the baby. COME ON! Where is it fair that the real father can't even see his baby! POOR LARRY! And as far as Virgie goes, any mother would try her best to get her child off drugs. SHe is being portrayed as a witch, and it was HOWIE not her who allowed ET to tape Anna's funeral! She is getting a bad rap. Notice Anna was badmouthing her mom while she was high on drugs and with Howie by her side. ANYONE WHO OBJECTED TO ANNA'S DRUG USE WAS BANNED FROM HER LIFE. I think Vergie should go for custody if (and I doubt it) Larry is not the father. MY GOD, let the grandmother see the child! And let this baby get to know her real father. Think about it. What other motive than money would Howie have for delaying the DNA test? Even if he knows Larry's the father he probably could've arranged to be part of the baby's life if he didn't pull this shenanigans. A normal, upstanding guy would've put the baby's interest FIRST. But then he wouldn't get the cash....Everyone can see through you Howie ~ every moment you delay you are hurting the baby you profess to love. SICKENING is what this situation is!
