Something makes me say hmmm. If Anna 'loved' this guy sooo much, then with all the meds listed, why was birth control not one of the drugs found in her body. Howard said he and Anna were going to make their union legal. If she was so into him, wouldn't that be a medication found in her bloodstream? Is he putting an angle on this because she is not here to dispute it?
Howard is just after the money he knows that Larry is the father of Dannielynn he just keeps comming up with ways to prolong the truth,why does Howard keep hiring attys the guy don't have a job where is he getting the money, he really needs to be in a padded cell in the mental ward some where Howard is a sick person.

Regarding the comment about how Anna raised an intelligent son - Correction - Virgie raised Daniel for the first 7 years of his life - and those are the most formative years. Give her credit for giving him a little bit of grounding that got him through the next 13 years of chaos - and sadness - watching his mom be made into a freak and a drug addict through HKS.
I went through a relationship with an abuser - they do want your life 24/7. And for goodness sake - look at her in all the pictures with him. He's surly and scowling while she's smiling and completely ignoring him. This is a man who took enough of her abuse and holding him off - and found that the way to control her was to manipulate her relationships so that there was no one else there. Remember the guy who was thrown into jail on the basis of Howard's word that he was coming over to the house 'packing' when he was coming over to pack up. And sleeping on the couch and trying to come into the bedroom when Larry's there with her. That is so SICK and wrong.
He is smart, he's had a long time to think about this, and with 7 insurance policies in his name and 8 prescriptions in his name - that is pre-meditated. And then with the lawsuit winding down, I would bet that he was deathly afraid that 1 - she would testify and say something that would incriminate him about Daniel's death. 2- with the settlement coming up, he may have been afraid that she'd find a way to completely get him out of her life.
I think though that if he feels like he's in a corner - he'll off himself and kill the baby also. But based on the amount of drugs that poor child ingested while in the womb - plus anything else that he's given her since, she's probably going to end up severely brain-damaged. According to the affadavit of a nanny, Howard and Anna gave her drugs when she cried.
One thing I'd like to see happen is for the Marshall estate to start working on disbarring HKS - and then also start asserting that you shouldn't be able to profit from a crime - not the murder of Daniel and Anna - BUT the FRAUD of putting himself on the birth certificate as a father which would put him in position of benefiting from the Marshall estate in 3 ways - once as the attorney - getting a % of it as legal fees, the second as an executor - getting another 6% or so, and the third as the guardian and caretaker of Dannielyn - taking as much as he wants of what he passes through to 'her'.
He had a lot of nights in an empty bed to stew over this and I'm sure he saw every bottle of pills as another downpayment (made on Anna's money) on this eventual payoff.
I have tried to give him the benefit of the doubt. But just like Greenson cut Monroe off from healthy outside influences at the end - Howard whisked her away to facilitate segregation/isolation and make her vulnerable enough to 'need' him psychologically........'us against the world'.......and he did so for multiple reasons - keep the other men away (impossible, she would always be promiscuous - it was her makeup) and hold on to his free lunch ticket as long as he could, on and on. That is one reason he promoted the drugs, to anesthetize her free spirit. And Daniel out of the picture could only be a good thing for him, consciously or unconsciously. More of Anna. Less distraction. If his heart had of been right in the first place, his name would never ever have been on any pill bottles.
On a personal note, and I disgust myself, I think he is very sexy and a 'bad boy,' making him alluring to girls like Anna and myself. Image Elizabeth telling Montgomery: 'Tell mama all about it......'
I'm curious, does anyone else seem the least bit suspiscious of the fact that between this guy and millions of dollars has died - all of a sudden, and that there seems to have been speculation that Ms. Smith and he were not on the
best of terms?
Let's hope the baby stays healthy.
Why not go back and say the same about all of the people who were around Elvis, Janis Joplin, John Bulushi, Jimmy Hendrix, Jim Morrison and our family members, friends etc. Anna made her choices.
Whenever you have a group of friends or family members who are all on drugs, it's rare that anyone in that group or family is EVER making sound decisions. The drugs become a way of life, and at best the people doing them are in a non-stop haze of dillusional thoughts and actions.
When you have one person essentially 'druggie sitting' for one or more druggies, it usually entails a viscious cycle of manipulative behavior going in both directions. But at the same time the 'druggie sitter' is usually the one being manipulated by the user(s).

Murder? Complicity? I only take cases that I am confident I can establish my client's innocence by dramatically demonstrating the guilt of another character.
For the record, we will not defend Howard K. Stern (HKS) in good faith because I am 99.9% sure that I can establish HKS' guilt of murdering Ms. Anna Nicole Smith's son Daniel on the critical path -- a major milestone and causal factor leading to Ms. Smith's death. Fundamentally, I am confident that when all the evidence is weighed, the world will see that Howard K. Stern murdered Daniel (by overdose in his soda pop or sparkling water) during the timeframe when HKS picked Daniel up from the airport and transported Daniel directly to Ms. Smith's hospital room to visit her -- days after the birth of Dannielynn.
What 'happened' to Daniel troubles me -- it reeks of blood-money murder.
First one kills THE beneficiary -- oh, pardon me -- that was an accidental overdose. Then the Mom who loves her Son more than she loves herself (that's what Moms do) can't live without her son and she slips into morbidity...
The whole case history stinks for HKS.
Ms. Della Street, please take notes for the record. HKS is guilty as a rat seeking stinking cheese. If he calls, tell him to look for another lawyer (one who has practiced law, unlike himself). If you are in a good mood, when HKS calls, you may advise him to call OJ Simpson's lawyers. They have proven that they can free a murderer.
Ms. Street, you know we only take on cases where I believe/know the defendent is INNOCENT. The only way to take on a rat like HKS is with a titanium baseball bat.

I believe Howard K Stern used Anna Nicole Smith for the money. The irony is, of course, she used Howard Marshall for the same reason...$$$.

What bothers me most about the whole scenario is the timing. Why did Daniel die three days after the birth of Anna Nicole Smith's new baby? Because Howard K. Stern knew that without Anna Nicole's baby, there would be no way for him to inherit the money as a 'guardian.' Once the baby was born, however, it was time for Howard to get rid of Daniel. This man had lots of drugs in his name, how difficult would it have been to overdose Daniel? Very easy. Once Daniel is out of the way, the next step is to 'marry' Anna Nicole, put his name on the child's birth certificate, then kill Anna too (with another drug overdose). The result, of course, is that now there's no Anna, no Daniel, and the next-of-kin is a few months old, with Howard listed as the 'father'. He is now free to pursue the $500 million case against the Marshall estate.
Except for one little thing Howard didn't plan for: the baby might not be his. If it's Larry Birkhead's baby, or someone else's, the plan collapses. Except that Larry might be enough of an airhead to be bought out.
The real problem with people like Howard K Stern and O.J. Simpson, however, is that they know that with enough money, they are 'above the law.' Howard K. Stern should already be arrested for giving Anna illegal doses of medicine and drugs. WHY has he not been arrested?
I'll never believe that Daniel or Anna died simply of a drug overdose. These two had been using drugs for years, yes, but they died rather conveniently for Mr. Stern and Anna got much worse under Howard's spell.

Anyone who says that HKS is being unfairly crucified is delusional! Here's what it boils down to...The video of Anna at 8 months pregnant with HKS treating her 'drug trip' like a joke, and especially the comment about making a lot of money off of this. That is sick beyond compare!! There is nothing and no way to excuse that behavior. HKS is DISGUSTING......!
True, Anna Nicole was a grown woman capable of making her own choices. However, if HKS genuinely cared for Anna's and 'his' unborn child's well-being, he would not have brought a duffel bag fulll of drugs to the hospital for her to abuse. If HKS genuinely loved Anna he wouldn't made that grotesque clown videotape. If HKS genuinely loved Anna, he would have brought her to the hospital when she had a 105 degree fever instead of 'icing' her down. He was her enabler so he could control her.

Not to mention that as it turns out most of the prescriptions that were found to be present in Anna,...(8 out of 11 isn't it?),...belonged to non other than Howard K. ,...and all 11 were prescribed by non other than Erosovich.
I find it quite a coincidence that both Erosovich and managed to not actually be present when Anna was 'discovered',...I guess that Howie did learn something from Daniels death after all,...he learned not to actually be in the room when the 'discovery' happens huh?
Now he is beating his gums about defamation of character and what not,...I find that ludricous in and of itself.
His odious intent is made public and is a matter of common public knowledge,...most of it is already documented by court record and the parts that are not are exactly the parts that is attempting to keep hidden by wasting everyones time and money filing ridiculous appeals that amount to nothing other than worn out old stall tactics.
,...being the attorney that he is knows very well how to work a loophole in the law,...if you want proof of that just take a look at the now famous 'will'.
However ,...that also means that Howie certainly can not get away with the ole babe in the woods routine ,...claiming ignorance of the law and his own weakness is no defense.
The fact that he is allowed to retain custody of an infant that is not his child,...in a residence that does not belong to him is a travesty of the entire justice system.

Howard K. Stern was a total Psychophant. End of story. He manipulated and used Anna Nicole Smith, just like so many others around her.
The bottom line is, Anna Nicole Smith was famous for being famous. She had no real talent. Well ... unless you count her physical attractiveness.
It's time to put this story to rest, settle the paternity and let everyone get on with rebuilding their lives.
I do believe that HKS has some culpability in Anna Nicole's death, but it is difficult to protect someone from themselves.

It happend to Elvis. While Anna Nicole can't compare to him, there are a lot of similarities in her death.
Anna did what Anna wanted to do. As far as the video, how many people would be in the same situation with home videos if something happened. Videos are made at home to stay at home if all agree. Don't tell me that Anna wouldn't have benefited from that video if she and Howard agreed, she liked money also or she wouldn't have been going after the Marshall fortune. Remember she is the one that hired Howard he didn't hire her, she wanted to have him around or she would have gotten rid of him. Personally I would not have stayed around her, she was just to messed up (thanks to Virgie). Leave Howard alone and hope that no one ever gets their hands on any of your home videos'. Most of you people are truly disgusting, heaping slander on this man like he is devil incarnate. I don't even know where to start.
For starters, according to testimony under oath, HKS basically gave up all of his income to be with ANS. I can't recall exact figures but from what I can remember he has a contingency fee of something like 6 million IF the inheritance court case is won. He gets that money if ANS is dead or alive, so the speculation that he killed for money is ludicrous. He could have been bilking ANS for millions all of these years and settled for rent paid on an apartment and something in the neighborhood of 12K annually for his appearances on the reality show. He is already legally the executor of the estate, according to a will drawn up years prior, so fighting for the baby has little bearing on who gets to control any possible future estate.
ANS did not die of an ACUTE DRUG OVERDOSE as stated incorrectly above, she died of ACUTE COMBINED DRUG TOXICITY. There was no overdose, she died from a bad mix of drugs (drug interaction), something that happens to be one of the leading causes of death in this country.
She was surrounding by medical professionals before she died, some of whom prescribed the medications that helped cause her death, yet you people harp all over HKS. How pathetic is that? She might have been a drug abuser, but at the time of her death she had a valid medical need for every drug in her system with the exception of the growth hormones/B12. You know, the substances she took to 'look good'. As far as I am concerned if she hadn't been infected from the injections she was taking to 'look good', she would still be alive today.
The behavior by the media and lawyers in this entire deal has been disgusting. The only good that can come out of all this is if HKS will be able to win 100's of slander lawsuits against these vultures who have shown no hesitation to completely assasinate his character for no reason other than to sensationalize. Especially Fox news, whose coverage has been dispicably vicious towards this hapless man.
Give it a rest for God's sake, let the guy grieve in peace and get on with his life.
