WWE Vince McMahon and "the Donald" may be the biggest fight card duo recently, but "The View" doyenne Rosie O'Donnell wasted no time pushing them out of the limelight to air her opinions on a popular conservative pundit and a news mogul.
O'Donnell lashed out against the FOX no-spinner Bill O'Reilly after he called for her firing from ABC last week. TMZ.com reports she compared him to a character in George Orwell's "1984": "A fattish ... man of paralyzing stupidity, a mass of imbecile enthusiasms."
Rosie.com, Rosie's personal blog posted accusations of O'Reilly being a totalitarian puppet of News Corp. chairman Rupert Murdoch.
TMZ posted her prose, "like 1984/molding the facts/2 suit the needs/of big brother rupert."
Rosie revealed that when she and co-host Joy Behar made references regarding "loofah-gate", the sex scandal involving O'Reilly and his producer, TMZ states "they were told they had to can it about O'Reilly or else 'bill o would 'go after' all the hosts' of their show."
TMZ noted last week the verbally pugnacious O'Reilly called Rosie "nutty" and "irresponsible" and suggesting that ABC should can her from the show.
TMZ noted that Rosie compared O'Reill to Parsons, "a fellow employee of protagonist Winston Smith, whom Orwell says is 'one of those completely unquestioning, devoted drudges on whom, more even than on the thought police, the stability of the Party depended.' "
Perhaps WWE's McMahon can convince Rosie and Bill to do a pay-per-view wrestling event to end their bitter feud.

I'd bring that fat cow up on charges of treason. She's a menace to society and certainly an enemy of our great nation. We should all boycott the sponsors of 'The (Distorted) View' and Disney should be ashamed of themselves for associating with a pig like rosie.
How can anyone blast Rosie when she is telling the truth like it is. Bill and Rush are complete idiots and some people follow them like sheep. They have proven they have a lack of morals, etc., but they have the audacity to condemn others and spew their crazy rhetoric.........cudos to someone like Rosie who has the nerve to call it like it is. It's sickening the money Bill makes from his egotistical ravings!!!!
Rosie is a fattish woman of paralyzing stupidity, a mass of imbecile enthusiasms. Oh wait a minute, she said that about someone else. I don't care if it is plagiarism, the quote fits her better than it fits Rupert or Bill.
Some people are just upset with Rosie because she isn't afraid to speak the truth and not follow blindly along behind egotistical idiots like Bill, helping to make them rich like the public sheep.
Why do people point out that Rosie is fat when making derogatory statements about her?? The majority of the public is fat now, so that has nothing to do with her views!!!!
Rosie is racking up more enemies in showbusiness than friends. When her days at The View are over - she better be careful when she goes Job hunting.....it ain't gonna be easy. Does she speak the truth? She speaks!! But her opinions are just that, HER OPINIONS. She doesn't speak for the entire Country. Rosie going after Donald was fun for a minute & gave us all a laugh. Since then she has hit out at Simon Cowell,Jennifer Aniston, Kelly Ripa, Paula Abdul, Star Jones, & everyone in between. NOW O'Reilly. Well she better not mess with Oprah! Lady O will take Rosie down like a box of sugar cookies-the kind the Rosie loves to eat.
OK, here is how I think this 'Freedom of Speech' thing is supposed to work. I think both Rosie and Bill are supposed to get to say whatever they want as long as they do not endanger anyone (i.e. yell fire in a crowded theater.) Bill is allowed to be arrogant, and Rosie is not required to limit her opinions to actual truth (i.e. fire actually can melt steel, and radical muslims are way worse than radical christians.) Whatever they say, our government can not censure, or persecute them like it would in say, Iran or Venezuela.
But here is the best part. I think all the rest of us have the exact same right to express ourselves right back. If we employ Rosie or Bill and they say stuff that drives away our audience we can express our displeasure by firing them. That is not censorship, that is our equal right to express ourselves. If we sponsor Bill or Rosie's show and their free speech aggravates us we can freely express our aggravation by discontinuing our sponsorship. If we are viewers of Bill or Rosie's free speech and it displeases us, we may express our displeasure by refusing to watch their show and/or patronize the sponsors.
So I think this 'Freedom of Speech' thing is really supposed to be a two way deal! Bill and Rosie actually do have the right to say whatever they want (except yell fire) but they must be prepared to accept the consequences because we all have the right to respond and express ourselves right back. I think it really works too because Imus is gone, and nobody goes to see Sean Penn movies anymore?

You can put Bill O and Rush 'Lumpbaugh' into the nearest dump. They are egostical maniacs of the worst degree........Rosie should take both of them on and show people how idiotic they are to give a second thought or listen to these two overblown mouths!!!!!
