So now what Dr. Perper and the law are saying is that you do not need to shoot or decapitate someone, just get them a ton of drugs that no human should ingest in those amounts or let alone at the same time, and bingo, you have the perfect murder. Wow! Nevermind if you love or don't love the person, the laws will protect you from any negligence because hey, if a grown up takes drugs and dies - oopsy, even two grown ups within months of one another you are still not going to be prosecuted! Who knew that America was such a great country? You don't need to blow up buildings, ram them with planes, murder spouses or ex's, just have an 'accident'. By the way if a death is deemed accidental the person who stood by and 'assisted' this 'accident' is now eligible to collect life insurance. So let me see here, if a person uses drugs, and everyone knows they do, then if you let them O.D. or assist them then it's legal here in America to murder them, get insurance, oh, and the best thing, get them to sign things while drugged, make blackmail tapes of them in clown make-up, then you're home free. Damn! who knew!!!! Thanks Howie! Now you watch all the murders that start happening...nice going legal system.

There are times when I have to wonder what it is that other people hear that I don't. There are as many times that I hear things that others don't seem to. What is interesting to me that relative to the amount of drugs in her body, all were at therapeutic levels. I have worked as a Psychiatric nurse and am familiar with the use of these drugs with the exception of Human Growth Hormone. Anna Nicole's problem was the weakened immune system, the flu and the drugs. If she had been perfectly healthy, the drugs were no big deal. Weakened, anything might have hurt her. Of course, if you accept this view, then you have to lay off the story. You have to accept that it is possible that noone gave her drugs, and that Howard K.Stern loved her enough to stick with her when everyone else would take a powder. I don't think he got rich taking care of her. I have listened to many commentator, questioners, and investigators and find it ineresting that most of them wanted Stern guilty of something, the mother a madonna, and the ex-boyfriend (who is a real cutey)not a gold digger. (Especially since he was the one selling pictures of her.) I think this is a tragedy without a villian.

This could even be a assisted suicide case. Someone you know critically ill? Have a disability, depressed, want out? LEAVE MEDS ARUOND THE PERSON. Even if they are in YOUR name, go to Florida and look up any locale within Perpers District. Have an Addict your tired of dealing with? Take them partying in Florida, and let them loose!Your troubles will be over and Perper will let you off. WOW, sure happy I'm Canadian.

Eight out of eleven drugs were prescribed to HKS...the other 3 were not prescribed in ANS name! Hello???? this sends up a RED-FLAG which Dr. Perper should have 'picked-up-on'. Why did Dr. Perper not ask for Further Investigations????
Seriously if HKS were taking the drugs prescribed to him then he should be deemed UNFIT to look after Dannielynn...please investigate
