Lindsay Lohan has reportedly told her father to keep away from her family.
The actress has finally spoken to her estranged father Michael - who was recently released from prison - and emotionally told him he couldn't be part of her life.
A source told the New York Post newspaper: "Lindsay told him, 'You still haven't changed. Don't go near my mother again.'
"Then Lindsay called her mother Dina and told her to be careful and to take care of her brother and sister."
Lindsay's father was released from Collins Correctional Facility on March 13, after serving 20 months for drunk driving and driving without a license.
Michael, who reportedly discovered religion while he was in jail, is still hoping for reconciliation and has blamed Lindsay's uncle, Paul Sullivan, for the family rift.
He is reported to have said: "Paul set me up, spread lies and rumours about me, and convinced Lindsay to 'distance' herself from me. Paul even pressed false charges against me to have me arrested. He called me a con man, but he's a con man."
Last week, Lindsay told security guards to keep Michael away from the party she was DJing at.
The 20-year-old actress was guest of honour at New York's Plumm club on March 15, where extra security was hired and given photographs of Michael. They were told to make sure he did not get inside.
