It remains to be seen how many idiots will still maintain that Howard K. Stern is responsible for the death of Anna? 'If it wasn't outright murder, he probably was just waiting for her to overdose...' or 'He kept feeding her the drugs knowing eventually she'd overdose'
When all the media-created 'controversy' has lifted, I hope Howard sends his lawyers out to sue all the bastards that have drug him through the mud with insinuation, speculation and outright libels and slander. Nancy Grace and Geraldo Rivera, as well as Mark Fuhrman and the ridiculously sensationalist TMZ.com all have made terrible and baseless accusations based on little or no factual evidence.
I think it's a shame that the media decided to portray Howard as the bad guy and that much of the public followed their lead without knowing a thing about Howard and Anna's professional or personal relationship. Howard will forever have to live under the cloud that he was some kind of creepy monster. Although Howard may not be the father of Dannielynn (we still don't know) he could get the last laugh if DNA proved he was. Still, there will be no last laugh for Howard. The media and people's idle gossip have made him the most hated man in America. There is no laughrter in that.

I am both a nurse and also suffer from chronic pain. I believe a person who is suffering from both physical and emotional pain, as Anna was said to have been, can have a tragic end result. We still appear to be in the dark ages when dealing with pain patients. It takes a person who is in this kind of pain to understand how accidents can happen. We can look at those close to her and ask why they could not prevent this.I am sure they already do this every minute of the day. My feeling is that in memory of Anna,we should try to make medical progress towards helping others like her who suffer to be able to find a way to handle emotional and physical pain and try to prevent more traggic deaths.

Just a thought has any one checked anna nicole smiths son Daniel D&A to see if he is the father to her daughter? Hey these two had a very strange mom& son bond. She name her daughter after her son. The phone call with her son about the birth of her daughter was wierd also Daniel kept saying mom i really have a child mom really.These things happen in a lot of familys these days . just something to think about

These kind of comments are not very respectful of the recently passed persons.People are commenting on the accidental death . I am sure there must be a site to make paternity comments. I hope Anna's loved ones do not read the above Comment. I just watched her in a movie the other night where she and her son appeared very happy and very much alive. It was great.Her son must have been around 10. She sure acted like a protective mother to him in that. I believe her death was not planed or plotted. Sometimes the little things all add up to one big reaction,infection,depression,and pain both physical and emotional.I do not think Anna took her own life nor do I believe anyone planned her death.She was a character in life and still holds our attention .I do not think she was a train wreck waiting to happen. I just think her body was unable to recover due to the above things I mentioned.I hope her family and friends find peace and comfort in this difficult time.

Just looked up the movie I mentioned above, It was Skyscraper. The person who remarked about she and her son, rent that movie and re- think your position .
