Scarlett Johansson has vowed to have plastic surgery because she doesn't want to become an "old hag".
'The Prestige' star, widely regarded as one of Hollywood's most beautiful women, insists she will go under knife if her looks deteriorate when she gets older.
Scarlett, 22, said: "I will definitely have plastic surgery - I don't want to become an old hag! I think if you're comfortable with yourself that's sexy, but if you're not then go for it."
The blonde actress also admits she has a massive make-up collection, because she loves experimenting with different looks.
Scarlett explained: "I have a ridiculously large make-up collection. It's out of control! In my home in New York, I have a huge table covered with cigar boxes full of beauty products.
"I like to look different all the time and make-up is a great way to do that."

News flash, sweet Scarlet... if you live long enough you will earn the right to look like an old hag - no matter how much cash you fork over to your parasitical plastic surgeons. Though in the meantime, you would be far more interesting if you were to concentrate on developing your consciousness and compassion, rather than just narcissistically staring in the mirror while playing with what you percieve as different looks. I think you always look the same... just like your dull boring self.
Can you say insecure and she's only 22?
Hollywood is surreal........by the looks of it,she should opt for vaginaplasty,it has to look like the oldest woman on the planet downtown....
She's already done her nose and lips!

By the looks of those puffed-up lips, I think she has already started preparing for not looking 'like an old hag'!!!!!!!!
