Oscar winner Jennifer Hudson was canceled by Starbucks for a corporate private gig after her William Morris agent made some diva demands, but TMZ reports that Jennifer could innocent and just be the victim of an overly agressive agent.
TMZ Sources say Hudson was booked to perform a private gig yesterday at the Starbucks annual shareholders meeting in Seattle.
But then, according to TMZ sources, the demands started. Five town cars for herself, hair and makeup artists, security and her assistant. Humidifiers were part of the backstage demands allegedly too.
Hudson's William Morris agent notified Starbucks: Hudson would need chicken wings at 10:00 AM. The wings were the tipping point for Starbucks, according to TMZ.
Starbucks Chairman Howard Schultz had just about enough and ended the negotiations because he didn't like the way the agent was dealing with his event organizers, according to TMZ.
TMZ states that Hudson had no idea that these demands were being made on her behalf. TMZ claims her WMA agent put together a wish list "on her own", and it was sent over to Starbucks with Hudson completely clueless.
William Morris Agency had no comments to TMZ.
