Just when we think we have put the Anna Nicole baby to bed, another ridiculous bit of news surfaces. The celebrity watchdogs TMZ have broken the story that the judge in the Anna Nicole Smith paternity case has been busted for pot. Howard K. REUTERS/Hans DerykTMZ claims Hollywood, Florida Judge Lawrence Korda, who heard evidence on the DNA paternity test, was arrested on charges of possessing marijuana.Judge Korda allegedly was chilling out, smoking a bowl at Stanley Goldman Park in Hollywood, Florida at 2:00 PM yesterday, when two intrepid officers "smelled marijuana in the air," and their noses lead to Judge Korda sitting on a bench, allegedly smoking the dope.TMZ states that the offense is punishable by a maximum of 60 days in jail and a $500 fine.
