Tara Reid is set to open a Los Angeles fast food diner.
The 'American Pie' actress is embarking on a new career as a restaurateur and will open the eatery, called Ketchup, on March 31.
While Tara is excited about her new business venture, she admits she will be opting for a behind the scenes role.
She told In Touch Weekly magazine: "You probably won't see me behind the cash register. But I'll definitely be in the kitchen making sure everything is done right."
Since turning 31, the party girl has decided to invest some of her fortune and has chosen a business she is already familiar with.
The blonde actress is a shareholder in three other trendy Los Angeles restaurants - Bella, The Shore and Geisha House.
Her family also ran a New Jersey bar when she was growing up.
Tara recently revealed she has ditched her wild friends for a healthier lifestyle.
She said: "It was too much and wore me down. I'd had enough of that in my life, I've been there and done that and it was no good for me.
"My parents live two houses down from me now and my brother lives two miles away so I eat dinner with them - I love it."
