Jennifer Aniston has secret cosmetic surgery on her lips, it has been claimed.
The former 'Friends' actress, who was confirmed to have had a nose job earlier this year, has allegedly had the lines around her mouth filled in.
A source told Britain's More magazine: "Jennifer has had fillers injected round her mouth to decrease the lines around it. She just wants to look youthful."
Jennifer, 38, split from her 'The Break Up' co-star Vince Vaughan last year amid rumours the actress was growing tired of his reluctance to commit.
Meanwhile, Jennifer reportedly wants to quit Hollywood and move back to New York City.
The star, whose ex-husband is Brad Pitt, is hoping she will find love when she returns home, and is also keen to tread the boards on Broadway.
A source told Us Weekly magazine: "She feels she needs a boost in her life and she can meet all kinds of people there. And she can meet men. She's revisiting the Broadway idea."

oh dear! we know the 'lip comparisons' to Brad Pitt's common law-wife is coming, dare i say her name. Yes, Angelina has naturally beautiful full/pouty lips. But it doesn't mean Jennifer can't use a little artificial help to smooth out her lips. Jen is always sun-taning so pre-maturing aging around & on her face was inevitable. Jen still looks fantastic & very young. She doesn't look her age at all....so the first blogger is right. Jen should stick to her Yoga/exercise, a good diet & the rest will fall into place. It seems Jen may be on her way to becoming an addict - to cosmetic surgery that is, if she's not careful.

why not if it will help feel more comfortable and more confident? personally I really don't like Jen's boomerang smile, she's got too thin lips.
It always starts out as a little 'lip procedure'. Then litte is never enough & becomes bigger, bigger & weirder. Think Jessica Simpson. She used to be so naturally pretty. NOW Jessica looks like the Jack Nicholson's JOKER from the'Batman movie'. Jen's lips are very thin but better too thin & natural looking rather than overdone pouty & fake! Yeah Jen is classy. BUT Stars get carried away! Jen looks great but won't if she goes too far with the lip enhancing like others.

Quit while you're ahead Jen!! It's true Cosmetic surgery always starts off with small procedures then takes on a life of it's own. If Nicole Kidman doesn't lay off the botox, restalyne & mini-face lifts she's gonna be frozen in time. People who have cosmetic surgery don't really look younger, they look pulled & tucked -with a happy-spaced alien like face.Ewwwwwwww.

I googled Jennifer Anistons lips because when I saw her pictures with Courtney's family in Hawaii, you could see her lips were altered. I was dying to see if anyone else noticed quickly. Very obvious they are and the whole thing is very sad. Jennifer is almost 40. She shouldn't be falling for the young starlet traps.

Jenifer Aniston should find a true love than cosmetic surgeries. It's changed a little bit look better but it's not real. Men doesn't like a wife with everything is fake. He will scare to look it later. Some day she will be cosmeticholist. If she fixed one. She will try another and so on and on. Only one thing she should change is her strenght jaw and mouth. Those are inherit from her father. Right now she look better than before but her face still look wierd.

Jennifer should start to exercise, work out and eat a healthy diet. These cosmetic things don't look good after a while. Eating a good diet with a strong regular workout and yoga to relax should give her more natural beauty.
