Gwen Stefani holds her son Kingston James McGregor EPA/ANDREW GOMBERTThe 'Wind It Up' singer, who has a nine-month-old son Kingston with rocker husband Gavin Rossdale, has a house in London but is staying in a hotel while promoting her new album.Gwen told Britain's Hello magazine: "It's just so much easier to have all my clothes and my stylist next to me. Plus my nanny, my manager, my trainer. It's a whole team of people."The 37-year-old former No Doubt singer made herself return to work just 13 weeks after giving birth because she was worried she was getting too old to have a music career.She said: "The good news about my life is that he can come with me everywhere.
