The National Enquirer is reporting Britney Spears has been battling bulimia all her adult life and she finally confessed the fact when she was caught making herself barf at Promises rehab center in Malibu.
“Britney has bulimia. She said she’s been throwing up her food since she was 16,” an unnamed source told the Enquirer.
“The only thing that stopped her from throwing up her food was when she got pregnant the first time. But as soon as she delivered her son Sean Preston, she was back throwing up again to lose the baby weight.”
Spears, who was checked into rehab several times after a public meltdown where she shaved her head completely bald, is also said to be suffering from bipolar disorder, paranoid delusions, including the belief that she is being watched and recorded.
The National Enquirer article claims she checked her room at rehab for listening devices and hidden cameras.
“Britney is on medication for bipolar disorder, but she’s been making herself throw up and the medication is not staying in her system like it needs to,” added another unnamed Enquirer insider.
A source told the Daily Express: "Doctors are alarmed at the physical state she is in. They confronted her about her desperately unhealthy lifestyle and the truth came pouring out.
Britney Spears’ ex boyfriend, Isaac Cohen, spoke to People magazine. “I was definitely surprised that she went into rehab,” said Isaac Cohen. “I didn’t feel it had to come to that, but you know, if that’s what it takes and if that’s what she needs.”

umm i agree with laura above or below me. i've just done an english assignment on the way media/news shapes readers into thinking a certain way through the language they use, etc. and i've used this article for the line about her thinking she's being watched and recorded. if she wasn't being watched and recorded, that sentence wouldn't be in there. losers. get a life or watch the discovery channel instead - there's more interesting things happening there than watching yourselves murder a celebrity.

Ummm...she is being watched and recorded by the media so I wouldn't really say that's paranoia
