Liz Hurley followed a 'caveman' diet to fit into the wedding dress she wore at her English nuptials.

The actress-turned-fashion designer shed 5lbs the week before her big day by following the strict one meal a day eating plan.
A source said: "In the last few weeks she started to worry about a few extra pounds that wouldn't shift, particularly around her tummy. After just three days of the caveman diet her stomach was totally flat."
As well as limiting her food intake, the diet also required Liz, 41, to only eat meals that hadn't been cooked at over 48șC.
The source added: "Her friend Sir Elton John told her how everyone in Los Angeles was following the raw food diet."
Liz - who officially married Indian businessman Arun Nayer on Friday March 3 - knew the eating plan had worked after she tried on her tightest pair of jeans and there was room to manoeuvre.
