Federline visits Britney in rehab

By Stone Martindale Feb 24, 2007, 17:09 GMT

Kevin Federline is quietly doing right by his children and ex wife, visiting her in rehab, in hopes ihis ex wife heals and gets on with her life.

Even after Brit's umbrella-whacking displays of frustration outside his house, Federline visited Spears in rehab, reports People magazine. "Britney scared everyone pretty bad," says a source. "Kevin just wants her to be OK."

Brit's first husband, Jason Alexander, who she married in 2004 for a whip saw 55 hours, calls Federline "a good dude."

Federline was skewed in the media according to Alexander, he claimed Fed Ex "just got caught up and manipulated" by the press and Spears' camp.

Alexander says giving Kevin the boot "wasn't the best thing for her."

I really don't care about Britney ... so she had a couple of bubble gum hits, who cares?

Federline hasn't divorced Britney yet. They're still husband and wife though seperated. Try and be a little more precise.

X actually isn't addictive, but if you do it too much you'll zap the seratonin out of your brain.

I'd have thought she had a problem with blow, particularly with the crowd she was kicking it with lately.

Whatever, though. I hope she gets better soon.

Press needs to leave brittany aloneFeb 24th, 2007 - 18:59:53

i was watching on one of the sites the media , probably 50 reporters tripping over her and i thought wow, no wonder she's going nuts. Even at a gas station they were almost on the hood of her car snapping away at her sitting there just sadly staring at them. -- I'm very proud of entertainment hollywood they said htey refused to show the pics of the umbrella incident because they don't want any blood on their hands if something bad happens to her -- I have no respect for TMZ and refuse to look at their site anymore, they are cruel, mean, and 90% the reason that these starts go nuts -- I have more respect for Kevin Federline now, he seems like a nice guy and i misjudged him thanks to the press in the beginning. ANd if justin timberlake ever truly did care about her, i would have seen him reaching out to her or visiting her -- so big kudos to Kevin, hey, i'll buy one ofyour Cd's now!!

The question is how are her two boys doing ? In my opinion, she should have to
earn them back. WHERE ARE HER PARENTS? ALL I'VE HEARD IS THAT, ' WE HAVE A SICK LITTLE GIRL' dah - dressing half nude yrs ago should have been a red flag. Can we give JT a break. He has no obligation to see her. Nor does KF.
Kudos to him for stepping up to the plate. *** Look, we have a war in Iraq. Brittany and Anna Nicole monopolize the news and internet. I am so sick of it.

Why all the concern over a person who has worked hard to earn the rewards of a better life? Like most uneducated people who lack a background and a bit of class (which money can't buy), she blew it. She hasn't the upbringing nor social maturity to handle celebrity status etc. All people must make choices and they are a direct reflection of how we were raised. As maturity develops, decisions should reflect an increase in moral integrity. If maturity is not developed in a normal manner or remains stagnant, people of priviledge will make errors in judgement the same as a 12 year old. The trend of celebrity stardom is becoming acquired by people not even of legal driving age which was not the norm years ago. Jodie Foster, Tatum O'neal, and Brooke Shields were a rare commodity in the '70's. Now you have a list a mile long of teen celebrities who've erred in their ways. It is no surprise that the three mentioned are all mature, well adjusted indivuals who had bumps in the road but made the right choices along the way. The major difference is the fact that they had the x-factor, backgrond. A little background goes a long way in the overall success in a game called life. You can't buy it and those who turn their back on it haven't a clue of what it is. If people had to pass a maturity test, you'd see a fraction of teen stars remaining. Until that time, check out your local news for the latest celebrity 'crash'! You needn't wait long. Take it Easy, Georgia

Britney Spears is a pop culture icon. The world throws attention to these icons, almost biblically, yet they are flesh and blood like the rest us. Spears is a star, a supposed role-model for her fans, but she is also a single mother of two with little to no higher education. Her downward spiral these past few years could be attributed to her lack of education, motivation, or desire to better herself. She is obviously suffering from serious mental conditions. Mariah Carey, another popstress, suffered from similar mental conditions a couple of years ago, what was labeled by the media as 'exhaustion'.

I hope that Spears gets well. I hope that she understands that because of her pop status she has the power to positively influence people lives. To be an advocate, and educator, a strong and responsible role model for those that have much less than she has acquired. I am not a fan of her, but I realize that she needs help. I feel that if she gets better, that she should help rid the media of stigma and stereotype about persons with mental illness.

PS...has Madonna visited?

i dont get this rich snobby KID. with all the money she has, why not disappear!! Give me 500,000 bucks and i will find a place for her to go and not be seen for a year or two. The power of the internet can keep her in touch with her businesses and stay out of the public eye, UNLESS you WANT to be seen. EGOMANIAC.

Brad,

I agree with your assessment of the Britney Spears fiasco. Had she wished to avoid the media there are many places and methods at her disposible to do so. She drove around Hollywood in a convertible sports car for all to see and the media were like sharks with blood in the water. She and her family had no problems with the media when she was making millions selling records and acting like the girl next door. Also, like at her friends, Lindsey Lohan and Paris Hilton. When one has stupid friends, stupid things tend to happen.

she is just psychotic from the get go. How could you get married and divorce twice with age 24? She needs counseling. She just a bad influence for our kids. Whoever sees her in high school want to be like her. . What is wrong with showing productive thing than one crazy celebrity shaving her head or going to rehab. In the old days rehab used be embarrassing to talk about, now it is like life style…oh-wel

Hold Everything! Kevin wants custody of the kids so he's on his BEST behavior because if he gets the kids he gets the $$$. Britney is a joke. Her career is in the crapper and will stay there. She had little talent to begin with. Now her reputation is forever shot. She will NOT recover from this. She's had Big Problems from way back they are just now catching up with her.

Yes Brit is in rehab, and K-Fed went to see her. Why does anyone care? Do we have anything in common at all with these people? Concentrate on today, concentrate on reality. War, the deficit poverty, these are important, not pop-culture.

while our kids, fathers, mother, sisters and brother die in a war we are worried about a woman who decided that partying was more important than her kids who gives a --ck!!! try wasting more time in the internet reporting about homeless people and AIDS, cancer, world peace and troops dying for a president who does care that real ---cking news not some pop star gone wild. People get real, there is real --it going on in this country

People really need to understand that everyone no matter of class colour or creed is nothing more than human. the girl has made mistakes, so what we all do, the only difference is that the press tends to sensationalise hers. the same people that work for Entertainment television and other media houses that make their money by trivializing every little thing that these people do, are doing nothing more than hurting them but who cares, she famous, she'll get over it at least that's what it appears to be the message these chop shops (media houses) want to send to any other looking to enter the famous life.
let me break it down for you.......she is nothing but a young person, who is probably going through a hard time right now, give the girl her space. PS:to ryan seacrest who saw fit to mention the joke about the young lady's bald head on american idol, she looks bald, so what you look gay.

Dear Britney,

You are a beer swilling pouch-bellied dingo. I have a solution to all of your woes. Hire Howard K. Stern to bugger K-fed whilst handling your estate. As for all the nattering nabobs of negativism I say this: Britney...it's time to smack the mouth that bites the hand that feeds it. Now, here's a very simple plan for resuscitating your career. A phenomenal idea. Attack the one moron who irritates us all. In so doing, you will be loved by America and the world, once again. Please, in the name of all that is holy...take your umbrella to Paris Hilton's arse and give her a thorough beating. Make sure you look good whilst executing this glorious feat. The photogs will catch it all. They'll throw the images to us inane masses and we shall prop you back up on a ridiculous pedastal for doing what everyone of us dreams of. Someone needs to beat that beeotch down! Umrella style. :-)

Oh...one last thing - Before you hit the crack pipe in a dark closet in the master wing of your Malibu McMansion, please send me $3.3 million dollars so I can kick back like a weasel.
