David Hasselhoff - Hollywood, CA © Scott Alan / PhotorazziThe former 'Baywatch' star insists the British prime minister is definitely high on his list of the most impressive 'celebrities' he has ever chatted to.Hasselhoff said: "One of the coolest people I've met is Tony Blair. We met late last year at an awards show. Whatever your political beliefs, he's a kind, positive man who cares. "He said, 'You're in great shape.' I said, 'Thank you, so are you.' He then said, 'When am I going to see you again?' I replied, 'Don't hesitate to call', and his wife Cherie said, 'Don't say that, or I will make him call.' " The actor is currently starring in the Las Vegas production of hit musical 'The Producers'.Although Hasselhoff is enjoying the role he is developing a stage musical based on his life.He said: "The musical is pretty much written. It's called 'From Baywatch to Broadway' but it's on a backburner for now because of 'The Producers'."(C) BANG Media International
