Visibly moved, the effects evident of the tawdry trial to determine the final resting place of Anna Nicole Smith, a tearful Judge Larry Seidlin has ruled that the disposition of Anna Nicole's body will be determined by Richard Milstein, the guardian "ad litem" of baby Dannielynn, in consultation with the three parties, reports TMZ.
The judge urged the court to have Anna Nicole buried "next to her son."
The legal guardian will make the decision as to the final resting place of Anna.
TMZ reports that "all three parties were in tears," and Seidlin himself had to be helped and steadied by a court clerk as he read the judgment.
TMZ explains that the legal term "ad litem" is a court appointed guardian of someone.

The Judge seemed a bit weepy. Either he was taking this case too personal, or someone passed around some methadone. I am not a big fan of Anna Nicole's, but I sure am glad that she gets to be laid to rest next to her beloved son.

I almost had respect for this Judge yesterday, at close of court day, Wednesday. I have watched this hearing from day one. I was sure he was going to rule for Daniel W. Smith's casket to be exhumed and he and Anna Nicole Smith would be buried in LA. Their last known home. I thought Howard K Stern was a jerk and a whimp, but, the conduct of Joker Judge Seidlin is embarrassing, to say the least. He 'passed the buck'! He did not do his job and rule to have this poor deceased woman, finally buried. Last Tuesday Feb. 12 2007, Judge Seidlin appointed a Guardian-ad-litem to make the decision on where to bury Anna Nicole Smith. He copped out right there. I didn't think he was going to, but, that's what he did! He could have put the matter in the Guardians hands last week and Anna Nicole Smith could be buried and we could have gotten on with the paternity testing of Dannielynn and she could be with her biological father. I believe Larry Birkhead is the father of Dannielynn, which is why I think mother and son should be buried in the area of LA, CA. Then her daddy will be able to take Dani to see her mother and brother's graves near her home in CA. My point is moot. They have just announced, on Court TV, that Anna Nicole Smith is going to be buried in the Bahamas, as agreed on by all 3 parties. Also Larry Birkhead's lawyer just announced that all parties, including Howard K. Stern, agree that Larry Birkhead is the father of Dannielynn! Now Bahama's Lawyer, Godfried Pender, says that custody will be awarded to Larry Birkhead on Monday! I give up! RIP Vicky Lynn Smith Marshall.
