Brandy in more legal trouble

Singer Brandy is facing more legal headaches over her horrific fatal 405 freeway crash.Yet another lawsuit has been filed against the Grammy-winning entertainer over the Dec. 30th car crash that killed Awatef Aboudihaj, 38, and caused injuries to her two sons.A lawsuit has been filed on behalf of Mrwan Mohamed, 14, and Kareem Mohamed, 10, who received injuries that their attorney, Paul N. Phillips, says will cause some "permanent disability."TMZ reports the complaint was filed Feb. 8 in Los Angeles Superior Court, and claims that Brandy Norwood was driving her sport utility vehicle "recklessly and carelessly" when she struck Aboudihaj's Honda on the 405 Freeway in Los Angeles and that the singer-actor's negligence was directly responsible.California Highway Patrol reported that Brandy crashed into a car in front of her when highway traffic came to a slow down and resulted in a chain reaction that pushed Aboudihaj's Honda into oncoming traffic in another lane.The lawsuit contends the children are facing a lifetime of emotional pain over the loss of their mother. Stating: "As a direct and proximate result of Decedent's passing, Plaintiffs forever lost the comfort, society, love, affection, advice, training, society, companionship, care and pecuniary and other support of their mother."Allan Meyer released a statement after Aboudihaj's Morocco-based parents filed their own $50 million wrongful-death action Jan. 30th."The accident was a terrible tragedy, and Brandy's heart goes out to Awatef Aboudihaj's family. But for legal reasons we cannot comment on this lawsuit," said Mayer.Family attorney Lotfy Mrich told a Los Angeles TV station that the woman worked three jobs to take care of her parents in Morocco, her ill brother and sister and her three children from a previous marriage."I don't think any amount of money that can be given to them will compensate them for such a loss," Mrich told KCAL9. "She was a special, special lady."TMZ reports that the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office is still investigating the crash and has not yet determined whether to charge Brandy with misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter as recommended by California Highway Patrol investigators.

T'would be fitting for her to be clipped for the $50,000,000 AND send her sorry cheap ass to prison for a few years. What she ought to do is tell the truth and maybe the court would have a little mercy.

Ok, it was an accident people. The victims car got pushed in front of Brandy's SUV. Arent you guys reading? She wasnt drunk driving and just rammed someone. The lives of the children will forever be impacted and it is a sad situation. But you cant just go crazy on Brandy because she has wealth. Life insurance, car insurance, those are things that people have in case this happens. No dollar amount will bring anyone back from the dead and either way Brandy will have to live with this her whole life. Have a heart and try not to be so judgemental....
