Federline calls for emergency custody hearing

Kevin Federline has asked a judge for an emergency hearing on Thursday to hear his custody dispute with disturbed and estranged wife, Britney Spears, according to TMZ.
TMZ states a court spokesperson is revealing Federline and his lawyer are scheduled to appear before the judge, but adds "anything is possible."
Federline filed papers in November seeking spousal support and sole custody of the couple's two boys.
A temporary court order granted the couple joint custody, with Spears having primary physical custody of the boys, reported TMZ.
Now, with Spears' recent mentally questionable behavior, combined with the revolving rehab door she has been attempting, anything can happen, TMZ speculates.
