Michael Jackson sued by dead woman's family

A dead woman's family is suing Michael Jackson over claims that Manuela Gomez Ruiz, 73, a seriously ill hospital patient, her death is being attributed to the hospital's making room for the pop star.
The singer was admitted to California's Marian Medical Centre with flu symptoms two years ago, reports MSNBC.
Ruiz, 73, had suffered a heart attack and was on life support, she was moved from her two-bed trauma unit so the star could be accomodated, her relatives are alleging.
Their lawsuit against Jackson and the hospital claims an abuse of celebrity status and seeks unspecified damages.
The family claims that she was suddenly moved to make way for Jackson on February 15, 2005. Ruiz then suffered a second heart attack and died later that day, according to MSNBC.
The singer's hospital admission caused a cancellation of a court hearing over his child molestation trial.
The medical center dismissed the lawsuit as "another frivolous claim to generate publicity".

If you want to sue MJ sue him for when he took off his Billy Jeans, pulled out his Thriller and Beat It! But first you'd need hard evidence, something that would stand up in court...
I am not a Jackson fan, but i know that if a person comes into a hospital and the staff feels some one can be moved they move them. I am sorry for your loss but dont try to sue some one over what the hospital has done. If she died in the care of doctors then trust that all that could be done was. Your mom was on life support that means she was not doing so well, look at it as she is in a better place and stop being such BITCHES about it, she is no longer suffering and is in a better place. Mr. Jackson is a victom here as well i dont care who you are no one can influence a hospital to do any thing so get over it and shut up. dont go after people just because they have money. I myself am a Mexican man and think you are not being a good example for your kind life happens deal with it.
It's a shame that there are such idiots in the world. How can you blame MJ when it clearly says the hospital did it in the article. That's like saying if I get in a wreck because my brakes go out then I'm going to sue the city for poor road construction.
Well the freaking wacko is a pathetic loser as anyone who likes this pathetic and sick idiot like jackson is also a loser. I am so glad that I never spent a dime on any of his music or his merchandise as he is and always will be labelled a child molester who, I think pretended to be sick to gain sympathy and to gather attention for himself. I hope that this family drains this moron for every cent that they are asking for as he has nothing left as nobody even gives a damn about him anymore.He sucks and always will suck as he does not have a friend in the world..except for wherever he is living right now...and it seems that nobody even remembers the little freak anymore. ha,ha,ha,ha..it is just another sad and pathetic chapter in the life of a has-been.

You know what since I tripped over my 4-inch high heels I've decided I'm now gonna sue the guy who sold them to me, the store, and the company that made them, because it's obviously their fault I'm short and my jeans were longer than my shoes, therefore forcing the heel to get stuck in the hem and purposely making me trip. In fact I bet thats what they designed those shoes for.

Please leave the guy alone, or do not you have another trick of getting money out of him. If it were an ardinary rich guy then it would have been different, you would have probably left the blame on fate.

People this happen what two years ago and now your comming up with sueing Michael Jackson Please!! your mom was very old already suffered a heart attack I am very sure that you know that is not why she died because they moved her to another room just a lame excuse to sue someone. Also not a Michael Jackson fan but this guy I am sure has nothing left to give anymore. This is the problem people want to sue for dumb reasons.
