Carmen gets divorced

Carmen Electra and Dave Navarro's divorce has been finalised.

The former 'Baywatch' star and the musician officially severed all marital ties at the Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday (20.02.07).

The childless couple have agreed to split their assets and personal belongings in accordance with a prenuptial agreement. They have both waived rights to spousal support.

Carmen's publicist confirmed the couple were "amicably separating" in July.

The 34-year-old model-and-actress then filed for divorce citing "irreconcilable differences" in August.

Carmen and the 39-year-old former Jane's Addiction guitarist met on a blind date and married in 2003.

Their wedding ceremony was filmed by MTV for hit reality series ''Til Death Do Us Part: Carmen and Dave'.

Carmen's union to Dave was her second marriage. She previously wed infamous basketball star Dennis Rodman in Las Vegas, before divorcing just five months later

After Dave and Carmen separated it was claimed that the rocker was on the verge of moving in with new girlfriend socialite Sarah Howard - who he had reportedly been romancing for five months.

He was recently seen enjoying a topless table dance performed by Ms. Maxim for 2007, Tami Donaldson, in a New York club.
