Scarlett Johansson has topped Playboy's annual 25 Sexiest Celebrities list.
The 22-year-old actress' "sensuality" and "beauty" saw off stiff competition from Angelina Jolie, Beyoncé Knowles and Pamela Anderson.
The magazine writes: "Scarlett Johansson is the apex of beauty and sensuality - from her porcelain skin (thanks to her Arcona skincare regimen) to her fully feminine figure to her mysterious charisma, which is at once palpable and indefinable."
While the magazine makes it clear that Scarlett is their sexiest woman, the other 24 beauties are listed in no particular order.
Other names to make it onto the sexy list include Jennifer Lopez, Paris Hilton, Carmen Electra and Jessica Alba.
Meanwhile, Scarlett is being tipped to play adult movie superstar Jenna Jameson in a movie adaptation of her autobiography 'How To Make Love Like A Porn Star: A Cautionary Tale'.
Jenna, 32, revealed her admiration for the 'Match Point' actress last month.
She said: "We're looking at Scarlett Johansson. She's my choice. I think she's beautiful."

Chick? Gees, and i was the one who said there is no sexy perfect just unique. Its true. See, everyone fathums over sex appeal now days! Were taking advantage of our future with this. Im sick of it. take what i said and use it. Put it in the front of your mind and use your finnest skills of analysis to look at it and take it in!
She is a brilliant and classy actress who doesn't need to flash her money maker or be seen doing drugs, or drinking herself into a stupor. She picks quality projects, and doesn't slum with nightcrawlers.
