Once top of the trash tabloids, Paris Hilton hit the red carpet for her 26th birthday party at The Hard Rock's Body English. She was also wearing circular marks all over her chest and had a weird makeup job going on. But that's not the end of it.

Television show Extra tried to interview her, but her handlers and management team cut the interview short when Extra asked her about the Newsweek cover where she and Britney were dubbed the girls gone bad.
She is an industry of huge personal appearance fees, and has an army of agents, managers and publicists who all get a fee or percentage of her take. Paris' falling out of favor with the tabloid audiences would put a few people out of work.
Apparently there is an attempt to rebrand the less new-sy tabloid Queen, all on the heels of the scathing Parisexposed.com garage sale of her most embarrassing items photos and paperwork. The music career flopped, and the attempts at acting are not worth mentioning. What is next for the Hilton lass?
Regarding all the weird marks on her chest, Paris' rep Elliot Mintz told TMZ he was "not sure what it is," and assured TMZ that it is not a burn.
Mintz speculated that it was makeup that rubbed off when someone gave her a hug.
