Gee, this sure has been a trend lately in Hollywood. It must be an outline their agents give them right before a movie is set to release.
1. Start running trailers / promos for new movie
2. Get arrested for DWI / DUI or have a public intoxication scandal
3. Movie releases
4. Rehab
5. Laugh all the way to the bank

Maybe he forgot because of the lobotomy in the 'Hannibal' movie.
Back off. The guy has been through a lot of heavy stuff. Let he who is without sin throw the first rock. I think he is due some slack, just like any person. It does not matter if you make the big bucks, the pain is pain.
