The 'Crazy In Love' singer will perform at Austria's Top of the Mountain concert on April 29.
It will be Beyoncé's first ever European concert, and she will be supported by The Scissor Sisters, according to website Ischgl.com.
The concert - which is held every year on the summit of the Idap Mountain in swanky ski resort Ischgl - is free to anyone staying in the resort.
Pink headlined last year's Top of the Mountain concert.
Britney Spears, Sir Elton John, Lionel Richie, Tina Turner, Sting, Jon Bon Jovi, Ronan Keating, The Corrs, Alanis Morissette, Bob Dylan, Enrique Iglesias and The Pussycat Dolls have all performed there.
Beyoncé recently revealed her father Matthew, who is also her manager, refused to watch her pose in a skimpy bikini for Sports Illustrated magazine.
She said: "Dad was going to come, but he said, 'Well, I'll meet you in Orlando after the shoot. I'm not so sure that I want to see this. All my blessings - you're a big girl. But I'm not so sure I want to see it.' "
