Anna Nicole to be embalmed

A decision will be made today (16.02.07) on whether Anna Nicole Smith's body can be embalmed.
A Florida medical examiner warned the 39-year-old's remains were decomposing and should be released immediately for burial, prompting Judge Larry Seidlin to order another hearing.
Seidlin said: "We are going to figure out whether we're going to embalm her or not."
The judge is presiding over a legal row between Anna Nicole's lover and lawyer Howard K. Stern, her mother Virgie Arthur and her former lover Larry Birkhead.
Seidlin is yet to decide if Stern or Arthur has the right to bury her.
Stern wants to bury the model in the Bahamas, while Arthur wants her buried in her home state of Texas.
Birkhead is determined to ensure her DNA is preserved for his paternity battle against Stern for Anna Nicole's five-month-old daughter Dannielynn.
Seidlin ordered new DNA samples to be taken from the former Playboy Playmate's body yesterday (15.02.07), and wants all samples to be taken before Anna Nicole is buried so her body won't have to be exhumed.
He said: "When we bury her, I want it to be forever."
Birkhead fears previous DNA samples may have been switched and won a ruling for a new swab to be reviewed by his own medical expert.
Anna Nicole died on February 8, after being found unconscious in Hollywood's Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.
Her death came during a time of personal grief - her 20-year-old son Daniel died five months ago just days after she gave birth to Dannielynn.

I hope that one day you reconnect with your heart. You obviously lost it somewhere along the line. Your comment is not funny. It's mean.
If anyone still cares for her well being, her body should rather be cremated as fire can purify her soul, erasing her nightmare while on this earth putting a definite end to her tumults. She had tasted the life of super wealth which is no different than super poor. She had got everything and lost all. No matter what people said, her mother was the person who loved her genuinely and they have to reconcile each other. Only her mother who has conceived her, has the power to put an end to her sorrows during this incarnation: her body should return to Texas and be cremated there setting her spirit free. If anyone should enjoy her remaining wealth, it should be her daughter and her mother without forgetting her husband's children.
In my oppinion there is no doubt that Howard K. Stern is to blame for her death and in some manner for her son Danielle also. If you really love someone & they are in such a bad state he should have done something about it. He is a low-life scumbag.

You know, I have to say I agree with all the individuals who disagree with the others posting cruel comments. I would like to know what this baby girl would have to say 20 or 30 years later after she has read such dirt being typed publically about the woman who birthed her in to the world..the woman she will never meet. Now, for Karmayogi if that was your name....thats all sweet and romantic about the mother and the incarnation and all that...but you just don't have a clue about some things. You must not know much about the history of Anna's family. This woman is rejecting the wishes of her own child. The origin of Anna's troubles stems from faulty upbringing. Anna needs to be burried far away from yeehaw Texas and her baby needs to be raised even further away...preferably by total strangers...too bad she doesn't have a voice. A nice low profile happily inlove and married couple in a relatively remote area is just what this child needs, but its a pipe dream. We'll see some flake get his hands on this precious child and slowly she'll be distroyed over and over again by tabloids and wealthy disfuntional unfit monsters and we'll sit back and watch it because thats what Americans do now. They sit back and watch others slowly die on TV in the comfort of there 3 bedroom 2 bath US suburbian homes. Gotta love the red white and blue.

They should embalm her and then fill her entire body with silicone, so that all the men she was sleeping with can still have sex with her. What's the difference?
