Larry Birkhead's heartbreak

Larry Birkhead told the New York Daily News that he had tried to save Anna Nicole Smith from her own drug demons.
Larry Birkhead, who most insiders and observers believe to be Anna Nicole Smith's real baby daddy, says he tried to save Anna Nicole from her drug addiction, and that seeing the ultrasound of his baby with Smith was "one of the happiest moments of my life."
Birkhead refuses to reveal anything about his last meeting with Anna Nicole -- because he thinks it could "come back to haunt" him later.
The New York Daily News interview shows Birkhead tried to force Anna Nicole to kick her drug habits after she got pregnant with Dannielynn, but that his efforts just got him "pushed to the side," and that he had no control over her afterwards.
Prior to the split, Birkhead says that he and Anna Nicole shopped for baby clothes together and that Smith "made [him] sing to the baby at night."
Birkhead said to the Daily News: "I am sorry that I couldn't save them [Anna & Daniel], I tried.... I had no control over what she did or anyone else around her did. I can't help but thinking: Could I have saved Anna if I was with her? Or even Daniel? It keeps playing out in my head. I have spoken with [Smith's mother] Virgie and her aunt. They are very concerned about the baby and they just want the right thing - for the baby to be with her real father. Howard has never liked me and he never wanted me and Anna to be together. After she got pregnant, things went quickly downhill because of his difference of opinion on several matters."
Birkhead admitted to tears when he saw the birth certificate and saw Howard K. Stern's name on it, saying, "I don't know if I'm a dad or a sucker," according to an unnamed family member, reports the Daily News.

as far as i can tell the lawyer stern, has no legal ties to the child and has refused to be tested for paternity. to me if i were a judge and heard that i would order the child removed from his custody and placed with the grandmother who is the closest living relative. the more I hear about stern's actions the more im convienced he is a klingon.. a money hungry klingon.. ( and i mean no offense to the klingons of startrek fame, lord knows they have more honor than a lawyer)
this thing needs to be settled now once and for all, for the childs sake or she just might end up a friend to wako jacko, but then again we all know he likes boys not girls.. anyway the prospect of having custody of a child who may be worth $474 million is one that i think will bring out the slimebags (ie. stern), and the hopefuls (ie. birkhead), and the down right WTF people ( za za's husband??? WTF ! ), all trying to get a piece, tho the prince really doesnt seem to be one to need any money .. but you never know. the bottom line is this the legal system needs to quit farting around here and force all participants to ante up some DNS for a paternity test, the baby needs to have her DNA examined against her mothers to ensure that there is no funny bidness goin on, and a judge who is not going to be influenced by the $$$ in this case needs to make it clear this isall about the well being of the little girl .. END OF STORY.
I believe Larry Birkhead is being 100% truthful. I think his motives have always been honest & pure.
I think Larry Birkhead better brace himself.....FOR THE WORST! He may not know if he's a daddy or a sucker is true indeed! A fourth or fifth possibility is now looming. Apparently Anna slept with her trainer too around the same time, WHO IS CLAIMING THAT HE COULD BE THE BABY'S DADDY. I hate it when we WOMEN do this kind of stuff. Men sleep around all the time & don't necessary fall into this crap because they don't get pregnant. Anyway, Anna must have been sleeping with Howard K Stern, Larry, Prince Frederik & this Trainer guy at the same time. Oh yeah she also had a sexual relationship with the owner of her Bahamas House TO GET THE HOUSE. Anna told him he was the Father, but he quickly shot that idea down when he told her that he had a vasectomy years before. GOOD LUCK LARRY - MAN YOU'RE GONNA NEED IT. This DNA test needs to be conducted sooner rather than later so these men leave Anna's baby girl alone.
how many people have died trying to get this fortune, or how many more will die

I hope Larry Birkhead is the father. He seems to be the most serious of the half-dozen or so clowns claiming to be the baby daddy. If Anna really did get with all these guys, I can't help but conclude that it must have been a group thing (puke! puke! puke!). Prince Whatever-His-Name-Is is the biggest clown of all, and should have kept his nasty jewels where they belong.
I believe that Larry Birkhead is the Father, especially with the recent picture of Dannielynn on the cover of many magazines. She looks so much like him, that I would be shocked if he was not her Father. I believe that he has the right to a paternity test to see if she truly is his little girl. The whole situation is just sooo sad.
Howard Stern is a kidnapper. He has no legal ties to the baby if he did he would have cleared the paternity long ago. Who wants to keep paying lawyers if you truly are the father, it makes no sense. Baby Dannielynn needs to be removed immediately and paternity test needs to be done now. Enough is enough, she should be bonding with her real dad. Howard didn't even know how to take care of her, his sister had to go down there and show him how, I mean she had to fly the baby back down there after Howard let Anna die. Lets say what the truth is, Howard has never had a job accept for Anna Nicole. As executor of her will he is automatically entitled to a percentage of her estate, he can write checks, etc. he has free raign of her money. He killed Danny, picture this, Howard picks Danny up from airport, takes him straight to the hospital, when does Danny have access to methodone. Later Howard goes out to get the food, and maybe drinks, Methodone is a liquid, he could have poured it in Danny's Drink without him knowing. It is just really really suspicious. That baby is with a suspected likely murderer. Who shops for a boat when your 'spouse' has a 105 degree temperature. He should have called an ambulance then. Shame on the government of the Bahammas for letting this go on, I say boycot travel to the Bahammas until this mess is cleared up.
If this were a child from a penniless showgirl in Las Vegas, no one, including Larry Birkhead, would be seeking custody. I am truly amazed at the nerve of Anna Nicole Smith's mother to seek custody of the child and of the deceased's body. Anny Nicole Smith made it very clear she despised her mother and I cannot imagine anyone thinking she wanted to be buried anywhere besides the plot beside her son Daniel. I believe the baby should reside with Howard Stern who truly loved the ex-model and her children. He is the only one is this soap opera miniseries who isn't there for just the money.
