Please, could we have some relief from from this gossipy, scandouous story? There are important things happening in the world that really matter in the larger scheme of things. I've heard more than enough!
Ok, so someone explain to me why this 'mystery' is being prolonged and inflated when a simple paternity test would put it right to bed. Well, several tests in this case but still...
I'm guessing that since there's a fortune at stake, an easily proven fact like that is to be avoided at all cost. Pbbbhhhhhht. Enough already. Find out who the kid's dad is already and get on with it. Morons.
I think that anna nicole smith was a bitch and a whore for trying to steal an elderly man's fortune. What a stupid lazy woman to treat him like garbage all those years after he married her. I think that none of the money should go to her daughter. It rightly belongs to the Marshall family, not some white trash family. I also don't trust this lawyer husband Howard K. Stern of her's. I think that he probably married her for the opportunity of getting at the money. However I cannot be completely sure. I hope that justice will be served and that the entire fortune will remain in the hands of the family that worked so hard for that money. It does not belong to any opportunist.
jorn: I hate this stuff, too, but here we both are. I came here because I chose to. The media is saturated with this tripe because of the aforementioned fortune that's at stake and the fact that people love a good scandal. It sells. Why else would a 'news outlet' pay half a mil for footage of her final moments?

I hope the dad is a turkey baster, the kid inherits the whole shebang and everyone involved is classified as an unfit parent. Those salivating over the money should be sent on their merry ways to persue other dastardly deeds.
The kid is in 'the family' regardless of her genetic makeup. The courts should see to it that she isn't a victim just for being born. Her relatives should have RFID chips implanted in their earlobes.

Her mother should have not come out and said that her daughter has commited suicide unless she knew that for a fact. Anna Nicole Smith was not leagaly married to her lawyer. No matter who the father is just when it is straightend out let it go.
As far as what caused the death of Anna Nicole Smith people need to quit guessing what may have killed her and wait for the results from her aurtopsy and her toxicology test. No matter how her sister felt about her she didn't need to make the comment about Anna Nicole the way she did. The one I feel the most sorry for is her daughter. Our do you know that the men claiming to be the father, except for her dead husband to be the father. If she had sperm frozen from her husband before he died it is possible the baby is his.

I can't that sister who is jealous of her own sister. you need to get a life and get some education because you are very stupid. There is a child who doesn't have a mother now but you do. I am very sorry but you are out of your mind. I miss her because of the baby regardless of who the daddy is I think the mother of Anna Nicole Smith should raise her child because that is all left of her daughter.

Just wanted to add some speculation to this story:
With fame and fortune at play, this will play out like a written script
from Hollywood. Will it end with Howard going to Jail? Could he be
the leech that gets away with murder? If the toxicology reports comes back
saying 'death do to an overdose and/or died of natural causes', will the story end, and everyone say 'Anna just did lots of drugs' and then the leech slips through once again and fools everyone. How will anyone know wether or not Howard
did or did not slip Anna the lethal powder dosage combination into her favorite drink?
He may not have been the one who killed her son, but the idea may have rooted from his death. This is a very smart man, who has watched over Anna from day one of her first trial. Money, corruption, and fame have led many to their own
demise and Howard would be no less of a human not to be caught up with this whole
story plot. Watch as this script unfolds and witness for yourself the motive

Looks like everybody's true colors are finally out there for all the world to see.
I think that the deaths of both Daniel and Anna Nicole are suspicious. A few days before Anna Nicole passed away, there was a story on the Insider where a couple of men, by the names of Ben Thompson and Ford Shelly came forward to allege that Howard K. Stern had given Daniel methadone, and got rid of the evidence by flushing it down the toilet. Per the insider quote..But you need to know one thing,' Ford points out. 'I heard the toilet flush and the pills didn't come back.'
In my opinion, that eliminated one heir to Anna Nicoles money. Then Anna Nicole's death is shrouded by mystery and speculation, and can lead one to speculate that she could have easily been persuaded to take pills or drugs to deal with her grief, which could be fatal to her.
Now comes into the picture who will take custody of Dannielynn? Whoever has custody of the babygirl will most likely have access or power of attorney to the late multi-millionaire J. Howard Marshall III's 1.6 billion dollar fortune, If the court so deems.
What about Anna Nicole's mother? Did she not dis-own Anna Nicole at one time? Or is my memory wrong? Now that Anna Nicole and her son are gone.... I am inclined to think that the frenzy to have access to all that money begins.

Lord knows what happened to this poor girl to lead to the strange things that happened to her. None of this is her fault. Everyone should just leave her alone and let her rest in peace. He stunned, literally Nancy Grace & Larry King with disbelieve. Long pauses and silence in between a chaotic interview.
Truth is also, that Prince Frederic von Anhalt is gayer than Liberace. He has no interest in women and he is known for his impotency. The German gay community calls him simply “Uncle Freddy.” He is a known ‘character’ from Berlin to Munich. Always trying to impress and get attention. He owned and run a gay bath house in Düsseldorf, Germany, in the 1970’s.
He also is known for his “Viagra-parties” because he really is impotent. He simply can not be the father of Anna Nicole’s daughter. Impossible. Instead of blonde sexy ladies, he prefers blond boys. He has no children himself. His marriage to Zsa Zsa Gabor is nothing else than one of his numerous “jokes,” he is playing on people. He claims to be between 50 and 60, when he really is 74. Lies, lies, lies–here again.
There is a real German Prince von Anhalt, and he tried to fight against the fake one, the one who resides in Bel Air now.

Those who understand the nature of Anna Nicole's relationship with her son will not be surprised to learn that he is in fact the father of Danielynn. This is why both he and his mother committed suicide.
