This is a very sad case. To die so young, My Heart goes out to her daughter, who will grow up without a mother. My prayers are with the family.
How come no one is bringing up the fact that Howard K. Stern is the only one that was present for both deaths? Isn't that suspicious? I hope it's being looked into...
I knew Anna Nicole, and even though she got sad sometimes, she wouldn't kill herself! That's just not her!
Anna was beautiful, used and led a very sad life....

Why does this seem to be a suprise to us ? Im sure the people that were most close to her saw this tragic moment on the horizon . May there be peace in her heart.She has moved on to a another demention and will no longer desire the things that make our live so pitiful.
i think that there is something suspicious about howard k stern was there for both deaths. it is weird that daniel died suddenly and then anna nicole right after. i really think he had something to do with it i hope they find out. plus i don't think the baby is his. i think it is that other guys and i can;t wait to find out.
She was too young to die and her daughter is left to know her mother through photos. Howard K. Stern needs to be grilled until he reveals what really happened to her and Daniel. She was much smarter than people gave her credit for.
I find it troubling that the same nurse who was there when her son died was also present at the time of her death. And then turned around and ordered the body guard to perform CPR, silly me, I was under the assumption that medical personal would be the ones performing CPR??

I think Mr senior Stanek had it right when he misspelled the word 'dimension'. She was obviously demented. As cold as it may sound, has anyone considered the fact that her daughter may be better off being raised by someone else? Just because one is biologically capable of producing a child certainly doesn't mean they're capable of raising it properly. Yes, I know, there are many definitions of 'properly' raising a child, but really, had Anna Nicole lived to raise this poor child she would have been a half-arsed Mother, at best! Although the two gentleman scrapping for custody, and no doubt a piece of her sizable estate, would certainly not win as Father of the year. ...maybe sycophant, parasitic leech of the year.

She was a vile woman who poisoned other peoples lives. The world is now better off. Who in the world watches their son die, and then goes off and sells the last pictures of him living for $750,000 to a tabloid? And then gets married a week or so later? Karma is apparently a harsh master.
Besides, silicon has, what... a 2000 year half-life? So, in some sense she'll outlive all of us.
Howard K. Stern is verrrrrrry suspicious. Who is in the way of him getting his hands on Anna's money? She was. Her son was. Now the only one left is the other guy who claims to be the father of her daughter. This is quite scandalous and that shady character who's been obsessed with Anna forever is right in the middle of it. Howard K. Stern is going down, and going down very hard.
Howard should be drug tested A.S.A.P. Its a shame the people Anna surrounded herself with (yes people) had little regard for her obvious state. Normal people do NOT slurr every word, I was shocked at how bad she looked on recent interviews and yet Rosie seems to be the only personalty that mentioned it. We are all very sad for baby Dannilynn, no mother no brother and the choice for Dads, not so great.
She was trailor trash and this should be no surprise. She obviously had a drug problem and her baby will be bettor off w/out her. It is still sad to see all these bad things happen to her family.
Howard Stern must be involved!! It is too mysterious that he was with both Anna and her son when they died. He is trying to get her daughter, which I am sure he is not the father of, so that he can get all the money too. Funny....they were not a 'couple' before the baby???
This doesn't seem real... Lawyer boyfriend gets B celeb to date elderly billionaire who dies 3 years later, has baby with now wealthy widow. Meanwhile widow's 20 year-old son dies mysteriously.
Now wealthy widow dies under eaqually mysterious circumstances leaving estate to lawyer husband and infant daughter.
I wonder what the life expectation for that baby is... 400,000,000+ reasons for her to die like her mother. I'll pray for that child tonight.

Anna Nicole was never really living. She was slurring and stumbling through each day...barely knowing what was going on. That's not living, that's waiting to die. And so it goes.

'who benefits? (cui bono?)'... There are several people who would benefit from the death of Anna Nicole. She's the center of so many legal battles, some worth hundreds of millions of dollars. Easy to win if she's not around to defend. I suspect foul play. She (and her son) may have been poisoned with lethal combinations of prescription medications.
Who do you think was providing the methadone found in Daniel's blood and the methadone that WILL be found in Anna's also????? I do.

What a wasted life.
I am deeply saddened by the death of Anna Nicole Smith. I have followed her life for the last seven years. She and her son Daniel were 2 of the most wonderful and harmless people I know, who did not deserved to loose their lives so young.
To all: please allow Anna to rest in peace and show some respect to her sole survivor 'Dannilynn'.
Anna Nicole Smith lived her life the way she felt she should. Speculation is a part of her life and now a part of her death. I am not sure that the 'drugs' are the issue here. While, drugs, legal RX or illegal were part or completely contributory in her death, there are bigger issues here.
I find several things strange. Take her so-called family. Her mom does not mind going on National television to talk about how she warned Anna Nicole of what would happen. She has talked of how she would have had her arrested when Anna was living with her, if she had done even small amounts of marajuana. Where was she when Daniel died if she was so suspicious of Anna's severe drug use? You can't rehab an individual that does not wish to be rehabed. Runs along the same premise as you can take a horse to water, but can't make him drink. Yet, this mother Vergie could have pressed buttons and made complaints and had Danniellynn removed from her custody. Possibly pushing Anna Nicole into a program.....if her drug/alcohol issue was at the levels her mom is indicating. Where was she? Phones work from Texas. Push child services to do their job.
Does either man deserve custody of this baby? Does anyone we are hearing from through the media? NO. Sad. What about the baby?
There are so many elements surrounding this situation/case that it is not funny. I am sick to death of hearing anything her mom, aunt or sister have to say. Is there something in it for her mom, if she pushes the 'drug' abuse issue in the media?
The one thing Anna Nicole has over all these people scrambling to see if they can be the 'guardian of heir apparent' Daniellynn, is she gets the last laugh in some odd way. She still is making the news, though not in a way we would wish.
I hope a judge with wisdom will really take a look at whom should have custody of this child until the courts determine whether or not Anna Nicole's estate still has a case, with what should have already been hers. I am wondering if some poor fool judge decides there is no case, who will want baby Daniellyn?
Will the concern of this baby's welfare be as pressing a matter if the estate shows no promise of half the billionaires fortune? Or was someone(s) counting on the fact she would have won the case before her untimely death occured?
The world was just relieved of one of the biggest rip-off gasbags on the planet. Smith`s persona was just the same as her ridiculous breasts,over-sized and fake. She 'loved' the old geezer? bullshit, she was trying to con her way into a fortune based on a verbal agreement with a once-proud man who was left wheelchair bound and lonely. No wonder Marshall`s son fought her the entire way,till the pressure on him contributed to his own earthly demise. She ran up bills and never paid them, she got knocked up and it could be one of now three guys [ including-gulp! - ZaZa Gabors husband?! ] , but refused to take a dna test to prove it . What a piece of sh*t. Ya, so there`s a motherless kid out there now, yes that is sad,but its also going to be the life saver for the kid,afterall, we saw how Smith`s son Daniel fared under her tutelage.

OK true! Anna Nicole Smith aka Vicky Hogan was less than steller in her life. The saying becareful of the life you lead for it could unravel more hardache than happiness. Boy was it true with this lady! The REAL victims in all of this drama was her late son Daniel & his baby sister Dannielynn. Howard K Stern is a very suspicious character to say the least. Here is a man who watched Anna self destruct over the years. But only last year did her problems escalate to new heights. WHY? Well that's simple because Marshall stepson died suddenly last summer. That changed everything. He vowed to fight Anna Nicole forever & that she would never get his Father's money over his dead body. Well that proved correct. But once the son died, Howard K Stern saw the bright pile of shining money getting closer to being his! So Daniel was set to share in the fortune but was suddenly & mysteriously taken out of the equation! Hmmm? Then came the fury of questions, accusations and inquests. More legal suits followed for Anna. I think Howard realized as any legal attorney would, that having Anna around was going to be too much legal complication, a liability that would tie them up in courts for years to come battling Larry Birkhead & her former Husband's family for money etc.
Howard got more prescriptions for her, yet she was all too medicated to be taking more. He should have stopped assisting her in taking drugs & got her Medical Help ASAP! Especially after her Son's death. Howard had everything to gain with Anna & Daniel's death & nothing to really lose. I think he was tired of having Anna & her problems around & basically helped her kill herself by getting more prescription drugs for her...when he knows it was the last thing he should do. He should've helped her get better NOT worse.But Anna Nicoles' Mother last year - predicted her daughter's death!
It is a tragic shame to see a bright light fade out so early in life.I am especially sorry for her daughter who will never get the chance to know her mother for who she really was as she would love her more than whomever will gain custody of her now that she is gone.Anna had no real friends,no real moral support and love in her life,just people who wanted her for her money and fame....such a shaem.I do not think that either men who claim to have fathered her daughter should have custody as I do not think that birkhead can be trusted as he is an opportunistic idiot who is only seeking custody because of the huge inheritance that the daughter is going to receive now that her mother is now deceased.I was never a fan of hers but I do not make judgements of her actions as we all make mistakes and who are we to treat her any differently than the rest of us as we are not perfect either.May god have mercy on her soul and my she rest in peace in heaven with her son,who she lost so tragically and the only person who she really loved.

I was a very, very good friend of Nicole's and I know for a fact that she NEVER, EVER done drugs! I am tired of all this conspiracy crap!

Anna Nicole's death sure does sound suspicious...can it be the millions she was fighting for had something to do with her death as well as Daniel's? Is it true about the same nurse being there for both deaths? If so, then someone planned their deaths in my opinion
I think someone knocked both Daniel, and Anna Nicole off their perch (whether or not they already were prescription drug addicts). When there is a truckload of money involved, people drop dead. Someone needs to watch over the poor baby who just happened to be born into a major circus. My prayers are with the poor baby.
