Joanna Berry, the 22 year old pregnant girlfriend of 42 year old Griffin O'Neal has retained star attorney Gloria Allred according to TMZ.

Berry was on camera in a live interview, and had visible abrasions, and claims blunt head trauma, facial lacerations and a sinus orbital wall fracture as a result of the Saturday fracas at the home of Ryan O'Neal, according to lawyer Gloria Allred.
Allred held a live news conference today and announced she is representing both Griffin O'Neal and his girlfriend, Joanna Berry. Allred says her clients reject any claim that Ryan "was acting in self defense."
Griffin and Joanna did not speak during the news conference. TMZ reports that Allred stated her clients may be called to testify in a criminal case. No word yet on whether charges will be filed.
Ryan O'Neal was arrested by Lost Hills Sheriffs for allegedly discharging a gun during the brawl.
