Actress Charlize Theron has reportedly been sued by Swiss watchmaker Raymond Weil for breach of contract, reports TMZ.
The company claims that Theron broke her contract by wearing non Weil watches in public. The suit was filed in New York County Court.
Oscar-winner Theron, according to TMZ, signed on to be "the worldwide spokesperson for the venerable watchmaker back in 2005."
"Charlize is the perfect Ambassador for our timepieces," said Olivier Bernheim, Raymond Weil's CEO during the initial announcement. Theron also spokesmodels for Dior fragrances.
