Her prognosis is excellent."The former Charlie's Angel star spoke out herself in the statement, saying, "This is an extraordinarily happy day for me and my family. I hope that my news might offer some level of inspiration to others who unfortunately must continue to fight the disease."The news comes as a great birthday present for Texan native Fawcett. She turned 60 today.
