Jennifer Aniston: Real boobs, fake nose

Not that this news will make a difference, but for the plastic surgery scorekeepers, please note Jennifer Aniston has come clean about rumors that she recently had plastic surgery.

In a new interview with People magazine, Aniston said that recent reports that she went under the knife to have her nose reshaped and her breasts augmented were "greatly exaggerated."

Aniston's publicist has confirmed she "had a procedure done to correct a deviated septum that was incorrectly done over 12 years ago."

The tabloids quickly added a boob job to the list of "to do" at the Plastic Surgeon.

"It's funny. I had [a deviated septum] fixed—best thing I ever did. I slept like a baby for the first time in years," Aniston told People.

Regarding the boob story, "As far as all the other [rumors], as boring as it sounds, it's still mine. All of it. Still mine."

"Short of letting everybody have a feel, I don't know what else to do. I really am pretty happy with what God gave me," Aniston told People.

Aniston and Courteney Cox will appear together on the season finale of Cox's tabloid-focused FX series, Dirt, where they kiss in a scene.

Aniston demurred on the importance of it. "It's a good-bye kiss. I don't honestly think people want to see Rachel and Monica have at it."
