Black leaders cry foul on Brandy manslaughter charges

We should really leave her alone.One life has been lost already and we don't need a second life to be destroyed. It was not intentional and we really should take that into some cosideration.Anyones family member could have been in this very same situation. Who ever is sueing her, obviously wants money.There are so many unsolved cases and there have been so many innocent people destroyed in the court system.If I was in the accident I don't think I would want to sue her, or destroy her career. We should be thankful for anyone who survived this accident.What if they both died in the accident, who would we fault and who would we sue for money. In my personal belief, I hold the city of LA in fault. From my understanding, it was a busy highway.Do we really know the full investigation? Do we really know if the other driver pulled out in front of Brandy? It is too many questions to be answered about this case?It is also a shame that we haven't stopped pre-assuming people.

Black makes fatality in accident...that's okay.
