Niki Taylor's legal battle with E!

Niki Taylor courtesy of E!The lawsuit also alleges fraud, breach of contract and invasion of privacy as well, and is claiming E! Entertainment producers falsely represented what the show would focus on in Taylor's current life, reported CNN.E! allegedly told Taylor and manager Lou Taylor, (no relation), the show would feature her current professional life, including her fragrance, clothing line, upcoming cosmetics line and charitable foundation, the suit said.The suit said defendants E! Entertainment Television Inc., E! Networks Productions Inc. and a producer focused on Taylor's past hardships and characterized her as a celebrity "who risked everything ... and lost."The E! synopsis taken from its Web site describes "Boulevard of Broken Dreams" as, "In a place between heaven and Hollywood, dreams turn tragic and fame goes sour fast.""My life is far from a 'boulevard of broken dreams,' " Taylor said in a press statement.E! played the Niki Taylor segment repeatedly despite the demands from Taylor's lawyers that it be pulled, Taylor attorney Caroline H. Mankey said to the AP."They neglected their journalistic obligations to report truthfully and accurately; they violated express promises they made to the plaintiff, supermodel Niki Taylor; and they demonstrated a reprehensible disregard for the substantial harm their actions would cause to Ms. Taylor," the complaint said.Taylor, 31, was an hot elite model appearing in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, and was on numerous fashion magazine covers back in the 90's. She was critically injured in a near-fatal car accident in 2001, and has recovered after extensive rehabilitation.Taylor recently wed NASCAR race car driver Burney Lamar married on December 27 at the Grande Colonial Hotel in the La Jolla area of San Diego.

Here we go again another pamperered privileged self-centered self-absorbed self-worshiping me me me me me white girl who has been selling herself as a model and sex object is crying because she doesn't like the way E tells her story. Too bad Nikki you are the one who has used sex and sold yourself out. She is no better than Paris Hilton they are all the same kind of woman.
