Surfer's mum denies Diaz romance

Cameron Diaz was recently snapped frolicking in the Hawaiian surf with Kelly Slater, world famous surfer, but sources very close to Slater - his mother - say it's "just friends."
Diaz flew to Hawaii to hang out with Slater just a week after breaking up with Justin Timberlake.
In Touch tabloid magazine got hold of Slater's mum. Judy, who insists there is "nothing romantic" between the pair, telling In Touch, "They have been friends for a long time.
"Every time somebody sees somebody else eating dinner, they think it is a romantic thing. It's silly."
Diaz and Timberlake have been enduring lots of scrutiny since their announced break-up, some speculate was over Diaz's desire and push to have a child.
In Touch speculated that Slater was Diaz's friendly safety valve to vent. Judy said, "She might be - I don't know.
"She just called him and asked if she could come over for a few days. It was nothing they had planned."
