Manson plays hardball with Dita

We are still trying to obliterate the searing visual of Marilyn Manson defiling sweet young thing, 19 year old actress Evan Rachel Wood, and now the word is the makeup loving Goth rocker is trying to block any future claim of spousal support from estranged wife Dita Von Teese in divorce papers filed today, according to contactmusic.com and TMZ.

Manson also lists the date of separation from the burlesque dancer as Halloween of 2006, not Christmas Eve as Dita claimed.

Teese has been spotted by tons of L.A. bloggers and snapped shopping on posh boutique heaven Robertson Blvd (MAC Pro Store is there conveniently) and in Beverly Hills arm in arm with an unidentified man.   It could be one of her adoring, gay posse, or a real beau.  Time will tell.   

Both Manson, 38, and Von Teese, 34, cite "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for their split. TMZ reports that Manson is blocking any claims of spousal support, although Von Teese currently has not asked for any.

Manson wants Dita to foot her own legal fees, while she is seeking to have him pay for the divorce. Von Teese filed for divorce on December 29th, after just over a year of marriage.
